30 From Russian Federation Stakeholders Current Status of RF Starting e-custom service since 2012, Federal Custom Service since 2015 Starting Single Window implementation in RF and with Eurasian Countries including China, Monolian, and other Asian Country(Vietnam) since 2014 Procedural Issues Just receive paper document, didn t receive e-document from neighboring country Didn't receive pre-arrival information from China, Mongolia, and ROK Exists heterogeneous paper document format Time gaps between the approval of custom and transport and shipping document arrival Receive transport and shipping document after arriving to cross-border checkpoint
