Gathering information Once you contract with us for a design project, you can let us know your requirements by filling up a creative design brief or on the phone. At this point the more information you can give us the more helpful it will be. Details about your business, product, competitors, sending us printed promotional materials are all welcome. Presentation of Initial Concepts and Feedback We will now do some research, brainstorm and start on the initial concepts. Our turnaround is pretty fast so you should receive the first design options within 3 business days. It is now upto you to provide feedback to us on the concepts you have been provided. Revisions and Refinements Based on your feedback we make changes and present you with the design revisions. This process of feedback and revisions continues until you are absolutely satisfied. Approvals & Source Files Once we have your approval on the designs we send you the final source files in a variety of formats. For logos we generally send a vector EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG and GIF files.
