To draw extra attention to your company you can place your logo as a highlighted exhibitor at top of the exhibitor list. The logo is clickable and immediately directs visitors to your Company Profile. Only six logos can be highlighted. Your logo will be permanently visible for 3 months. Fee HIGHLIGHTED EXHIBITOR HOMEPAGE Draw attention to your company on the Intertraffic Amsterdam website and become a highlighted exhibitor on the homepage. It allows you to reach 40,000 Intertraffic subscribers who would like Intertraffic to notify them of your: Product launch Discount campaign Trade show campaign 1. The sponsored content position is exceptionally suitable for sharing your knowledge and increasing your company s authority in the market. For example, by sharing a White Paper or blog. The sponsored content position always links directly to the Intertraffic website where all the extra information can be placed. It is also possible to link this position to your Company Profile. 2. The ad position is suitable for communicating your message, for example to communicate your trade show offer. 7 Online Solutions PARTNER MAIL You have the opportunity to create your own target group within the Intertraffic database which you can specify in different segments. 12,000 subscribers have indicated that they would like to be informed by partners of Intertraffic. The segmentation can be based on criteria such as country, age or function. You are also able to select a target group from the entire RAI Amsterdam s database. Conditions Advertisements must be approved by RAI Amsterdam. Partner mailings will be sent by RAI Amsterdam. Address files will not be shared with third parties. 8 Online Solutions COMPANY PROFILE PLUS If you would like to make optimal use of the Company Profile functionality than an upgrade to a Company Profile Plus is the option for you. This extended version of your Company Profile helps you to provide your clients with relevant information at all levels of the purchase process and even enables you to contact leads and attract potential customers before, during and after the trade show. The Company Profile Plus is available the entire year and gives you the following extra options: Meeting Module Potential clients can leave their contact details and choose a time, which you have indicated to be available, to schedule a meeting during the trade show. Download brochure After leaving their contact details visitors are able to download your brochure. Download whitepapers This option allows you to share your field knowledge with interested parties, who will leave their contact details before downloading your whitepaper. Registration Newsletter Recruit subscribers for your newsletter. All visitors who visit your Company Profile Plus can register for your newsletter. Search engine tool Your website link will be added to the search engine of the trade show website and pops up as a result when visitors search for similar results. Logo in the digital exhibitor list If you upload your company logo within the Company Profile Plus it automatically shows on the digital exhibitor list and helps visitors to recognize your brand at a glance. A White Paper is an authoritative report or guide helping readers to understand an issue or solve a problem. You can use a White Paper to generate leads by informing potential customers about your specialism. A well written White Paper can be a powerful marketing tool that helps you stand out from your competitors and generate business leads. White Papers will appear on the Intertraffic website for one year. You are able to track who downloads your White Paper and you will have access to their contact details. Benefits of presenting White Papers to your target group: A well-written White Paper usually has educational value for potential customers, which results insignificant praise and long-term gain for your business. It generates more sales, credibility and trust. It urges the reader to take action and search for more information about your problem solving product. It provides you the opportunity to take the lead position in your industry. One of our exhibitors has the opportunity to become the exclusive sponsor of the app, a great way to generate traffic to your booth and to increase your visibility. The sponsorship includes the following features: Fee 1 3,500.- TOTAL PACKAGE SPLASH SCREEN MENU SPONSORING PUSH NOTIFICATION FLOOR PLAN HIGHLIGHTING EXPOSURE IN INTERTRAFFIC VISITOR UPDATE The splash screen is exclusively available to the sponsor and shows your logo or image when the user opens the app. This is a great way to increase your brand awareness. This option is exclusively available to the sponsor and adds your company name and logo to the app menu. Your name and logo are clickable and link directly to your Company Profile, where you are able to inform the visitor about your latest news, products and services. A push notification is a very powerful and real-time marketing tool. By means of a 140-character message you can generate traffic to your booth or activity. Push notifications are scheduled once a day and exclusively available to the sponsor. Your booth location will be highlighted on the floor plan in the app. With this option you make sure you will be noticed and thereby increase your visibility. It helps visitors to recognize you and find you more easily. The highlighted booth is clickable and links directly to your Company Profile. The option of floor plan highlighting is also available to other exhibitors, however to a limited extent. Or would you like to perform a live demonstration? Opt for a promopoint, a predetermined location where you can display your object or give a demonstration. Size 12m² - other sizes available on request Fee 1 3,975.- Fee is excluding placement and promotional material. PROMOPOINT (STAFF) Would you like to address all arriving and leaving visitors in and around one of the entrance areas? We offer you this opportunity in the form of a promopoint (staff). This will be a fixed and predetermined location where you are able to promote your brand and/or your product with a team of maximum 4 people. Size 12m² standard Fee 1 3,975.- Fee is excluding staff and promotional material. PROMOPOINT (STAFF AND OBJECT) Besides the opportunity of a promopoint with staff or object it is also possible to combine the two. This is possible by branding the revolving doors, situated at all the main entrances, C, K & L.
