1 Greenwood Plaza 12 Days of Christmas Instant Win and Major Draw Terms and Conditions How to Enter To enter the 12 Days of Christmas Instant Win and Major Draw competition at Greenwood Plaza, customers simply: 1) Make a minimum purchase of $10 or more in one transaction at any participating retailer to be eligible to receive an instant win scratch game card. 2) Scratch the latex panel on the game card to reveal and instant prize or a Better Luck Next Time message. 3) Customers will visit campaign greenwoodplaza12daysofchristmas.com.au and enter their details to see if they are a major prize winner. 4) If a winner, an auto-generated will be sent congratulating the winner, confirming the prize. 5) The customer will then visit the retailer named on their or Centre Management to claim their prize. The customer will need to bring their winning and a form of I.D in order to receive their prize. Receipts from major stores are to be presented to the Mt Ommaney Customer Service Desk (Collection Counter) 2) Subject to clauses 10, 11 and 12, the Receipt(s) will be stamped at the Collection Counter to redeem their game card. The parent or guardian shall be deemed the Entrant for the purposes of these terms and conditions. Major prize winners will be drawn at 10am during the promotional period at Compco Digital, 18/198 Young Street, Waterloo NSW 2017 a) The Major Prize-winner will be determined via a random electronic draw. b) The decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into. c) The winner will be contacted by phone and in writing after the draw has taken place. d) The winner need not be present at the draw. e) If despite every reasonable effort the winners of a prize cannot be contacted, the prize will be retained for 3 months. At the end of the 3 months from the original draw date if the prizes remain unclaimed, there will be a redraw. General Terms and Conditions 1) Any decision made by Centre Management at Greenwood Plaza in respect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into. 2) If a prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a gift of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements. 3) The prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions. 4) The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 5) The Promotion is open to all NSW residents except employees, contractors, agents of Greenwood Plaza; sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of Limited or related bodies corporate and their immediate families; tenants in Greenwood Plaza and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in Greenwood Plaza and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in Greenwood Plaza and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion and their immediate families. A copy of Greenwood Plaza s Privacy Policy Collection Statement will be made available for viewing at Centre Management, Greenwood Plaza. 7) The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
