1 Terms and Conditions for the 8 With Kate Promotion. 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form a part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions prevail. 2. The Promoter is the Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club, Hyundai Centre, Level 5, Gate 2, 812 Stanley Street Woolloongabba, Queensland 4102, ABN The Promotion will open at AEST on Monday, 11 th of and closes at Tuesday, 6 th of February 4. Entries are open to all Australian residents that meet the eligibility requirements in Clause 5, and must be lodged by the Close Time of the draw (per The 8 With Kate Draw Schedule). Each entry relates to the Week Selected only and not eligible for any future Weeks. Therefore a new entry is required for each Week of the Promotion. 5. To be eligible to enter, entrants must be over the age of 16, and do the following: (a) ensure that their entries are posted online during the Entry Period; and (b) Use the hashtag #8WithKate as well as tagging The Promoter takes no responsibility for any late entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment. 6. There are a maximum total of eight (8) Winners in this promotion (i.e. One (1) Winner per each week of the competition). PRIZE: You will be officially charged to Toss the Coin at the Brisbane Lions first home game of the 2018 Season, RD 2, Brisbane Lions v Western Bulldogs, Sunday 11 th February. South Pine Sports Complex. Terms and Conditions Apply: The person tossing the coin, must be 12 years of age or older. The Winner must be present at South Pine Sports Complex no later than on Sunday 11 February Should the winner not be at the venue by this time, the Coin Toss will be allocated to another person and the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner. The Winner is permitted to wear smart casual clothing or approved Club supporter apparel. Strictly no costumes or dress ups or other forms of merchandise are to be worn by the Winner. The other sponsor identification other than the Club Protected Sponsors are to be worn or displayed. The Field Umpire shall supervise the toss of the coin and have the right to rule any coin toss invalid and ask for a re-toss. The winner will be accompanied by a Club or AFL Official to the centre circle for the toss of the coin. No additional persons are to accommodate the Winner out onto the Ground. The total value prize pool is valued at $1, The Prizes each week are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. Should the drawn Winner/s not be able to accept the prize, The Promoter will re-draw the prize. 9. Winners will be notified by The Promoter per The 8 with Kate Draw Schedule. 10. Directors, staff, Associates and immediate family members of either Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club are ineligible to win the prize. 11. The Brisbane Lions has a Privacy Policy.
