MILL DESCRIPTION The mill has 3 separate cutter/shearing machines, to process scrap plates and convert it to usable raw material. The other form of raw material that can be used for conversion is steel Billets/ Ingots. This TMT rebar rolling mill, complete with multiple stands having semiautomatic production capacity of about 5,000MT/ Month. The Mill is equipped and attached with re-heating furnace fired by coal/ oil. The furnace is accompanied by a coal pulverizer with dust collection system to process the coal fuel. The Mill is fitted and equipped with electrical motors, starters and auxiliary electrical equipment. Available water quenching along with cooling bed allows proper treatment and surface hardenning of the TMT bars. (LOCAL THERMAX MAKE) The mill has a unique feature of motor drive from both ends with complete gearbox and pinion stand and additional mill stands, thus one can run two rolling mills simultaneously out of available equipments. The Rolling mill comes along with complete manufacturing shed of approximately 20,000 sqft covered area, which can be easily dismantled and re- erected at the new location. Rest of the customers will be allowed to participate in the forward auction. b) If the forward auction is not conducted after the online sealed bid, the H1 price of online sealed bid will be processed for approval. c) If the forward auction is conducted after online sealed bid and if there are no bids in the forward auction the H1 bid of the Online Sealed Bid will be processed for approval. d) Final decision will be taken by MANAKSIA COATED METALS AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED to accept or reject the H1 bid.
