For this purpose, applications quoting rate, both in word and figure, are invited from the Bidders/Agencies fulfilling the following criteria:- A. The bidder must have its office in Kolkata. B. The bidder must have experience of executing Online Booking System (including web based projects) for reputed organizations. C. The bidder must have the updated IT clearance certificates (Upto FY 13-14). D. The bidder must have Service Tax & P. Tax Registration certificates. E. The bidder must have Trade License (Upto FY or 15-16). F. The bidder must have PAN Card. G. Bidder must have single contact Centre (Technical Helpdesk) at Kolkata with 24x7 supports. Contact Phone No. and Address should be mentioned with escalation hierarchy. H. The bidder should have provided similar/ticketing/queue Management services (Online/web based solution) to at least 1(One) large organization during the last 5 (Five) years I. Bidder must have at least 5 (Five) years of running business experience in IT services including SMS/ gateways. The date of receiving of the quotation is from to between 12:00 hrs. to 16:00 hrs. at the room no. 701, HIDCO Bhaban, New Town, Kolkata It will be opened on at Hrs at the chamber of 3) TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS a. There should be separate login with separate dashboard for guest, travel agent and reception counter in this online cottage booking system, admin panel based on the hierarchy as defined by competent authority of WBHIDCO Ltd. b. There are 22 (Twenty two) cottages in Eco Island which will be booked through this online cottage booking system by three different login panels. 1. Guest login for public to book online directly. 2. Travel agent login who can book tickets on behalf of customers and in return the agent will receive % (percentage) of booked amount as remuneration as decided by the competent authority of West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited. 3. The third panel will be only accessible by the person who is present at the booking counter of Eco Island. This panel will must have cash as the only mode of payment. The system should also have provision for swiping mode of payment which may be integrated later on. c. The system should also have 2(two) separate admin panel whose functionality are mentioned below: 1. Super admin panel that will have control over all the administrative jobs that controls policy of the booking system. 2. Admin panel will have control only in generating customized report from the online booking system.

2 d. With the help of this online booking system, users can also cancel booked tickets. In this case a certain percentage of the booked amount will be deducted (as decided by the competent authority of WBHIDCO Ltd.) and the rest will be refunded to the account through which the payment was initiated during the booking process. e. Provision of adding discount plans in cottage booking has to be incorporated as decided by the competent authority of WBHIDCO Ltd. f. There will be a provision of blocking/unblocking the rooms from admin panel. g. The UI of the cottage booking system should be similar or have parity with the website of Eco Park & HIDCO. h. 99.9% or better uptime with SLA. i. Must be able to work in Linux Web Server 4) Scope of the work defined by WBHIDCO Ltd. for Online Cottage Booking System of Eco Island Guest login/customer Login This login will be available for general public who will book the cottages online based on the availability through their own credit card/debit card or net banking as per theirs choice. 3 Counter Login This login will be available for the person who is present at spot/reception Counter (ECO ISLAND) who will book the cottages through the system on behalf of the guest through cash deposit or card swiping machine available at the counter based on the availability.
