Key Relatinships Campus Management Academic Team Marketing & Recruitment Team Administrative and Finance Team Students Respnsibilities that are part f the rle The primary respnsibility f this rle is t answer all incming phne calls and visitrs t the campus. The rle will then rute/direct the calls and/r visitrs t the apprpriate persn/rle. It is imperative t greet all prspective students, current students and visitrs in a psitive and prfessinal manner. Anther imprtant task will be t supprt Natinal Recruitment Officer in different recruitment and admissins actins. The Frnt Desk will wrk under the directin f the nminated manager t meet specific guidelines and requirements fr effective handling f the frnt desk activities.
