7 Travel Service Capabilities Travel Management Services (One-Stop-Shop Solution) provided by a dedicated consultant managing the above mentioned travel related services In addition to this, ART also offers the following value added services free of charge: Basic travel insurance with airline tickets. Account management. MI reports on a monthly basis. 24/7 after office hours Emergency Travel Service (ETS). Operation hours The Corporate Division works 7 days a week. (Consultants -08:30-18:30 and ETS Team 18:30hrs - 08:30hrs). In the event of sickness or during leave, staff would be replaced by an equally qualified consultant. The services of a Relationship Manager will also be provided to oversee the smooth operation of your account. 8 Customer Service Standards Automated Programs Client profile records are automated in order to avoid repeating inquiries on preferences, which are updated periodically. Reservations with schedule and fare changes etc. are updated by the airlines, hotels and car hire companies through queues which are monitored constantly by the consultants and updated to the client. Currently, consultants do a research on sourcing the lowest airfares using SABRE GDS for Commercial Carriers and Low Cost Carriers using their airline portals. Communication Channels We channel the happenings and changes in the travel industry through the following channels: Verbal updates Direct /fax shots on Airline special offers and holiday packages /Fax transmissions of urgent and important changes such as air fares and flight schedules. Traveller Profiles We build and update traveller profiles through the Client File tool which is powered by the GDS. This will also interface with the Self Booking Tool for use by our travel consultants as well as the traveller who will be able to create and update his/her own profile at his/her own convenience. Benefits: The consequence of standard formatted profiles and a common structure will be of a better quality Provide a clear and efficient process to avoid quality gaps Enable the travel consultant to concentrate on his core competence Process optimization and increased profitability Immediate recognition of the travelers and adherence to travel policies.
