2 Penn State Athletics is very excited to share this state-of-the-art and 3D technology with you. Our fans have more control and more options than ever before. You will have the ability to view and select the best available seats according to your individual preferences. This unique and interactive tool will give you a virtual-test drive of Pegula Ice Arena. In contrast to the traditional one-dimensional seating chart that would offer little more than the Section/Row/ Seat numbers, the Virtual Venue provides multiple perspectives, views from the seat, and even information about the closest concessions. We are certain that you will be better able to assess the available locations and make your choice with much more confidence. If you feel uneasy about using an interactive electronic tool such as this, we would like to recommend that you take a few moments and watch the video tutorials and print the Virtual Venue instructions offered to you when you login to the application. If you require seating for Persons with Disabilities, please call our ADA Coordinator, at NITTANY, for assistance prior to your selection time or to make an appointment. 3 STEP 1: MY PENN STATE ACCOUNT MANAGER LOGIN To login to your Penn State Account, click here and enter your Account ID # and password. Your Account ID # is provided on all correspondence related to the upgrade program IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

4 STEP 2: UPGRADE SEATS To select your locations, click the seat callout on the left IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

5 STEP 3: SEAT SELECTION Confirm the tickets for which you would like to secure a location. Click Continue at the bottom when you re done IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

6 STEP 4: SEAT AVAILABILITY Once you click continue, you will be taken to PSU Seating at the Pegula Ice Arena via the Virtual Venue tool. The navigator tab is located to the left where you can choose between different aerial views. A seating legend is also present. GREEN seats are available for upgrade and RED seats are not available for upgrade IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

7 STEP 5: CHOOSE AN AVAILABLE SEAT LOCATION A Zoom & Pan tool is provided above to zoom in and out of the current seat section. Clicking a seat will open up the necessary seat information as well as a complete 360 degree view. To look around, simply hold down the mouse over the view and drag. When you are ready to select seats, click Add to Cart and each selected seat will turn YELLOW. Guidelines for Selecting and Holding Seats: Please pay attention to the guidelines below for selecting and holding seats. If your selection doesn t follow the guidelines, the system will not allow you to select seats. 1. Your upgrade selections must be equal to the amount of tickets you have. 2. 8 STEP 6: CONFIRM YOUR NEW SEAT LOCATION To confirm and hold your new seat(s) selection, click the checkout tab on the right and review your new seat information. Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the screen and review your new seat information IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.
