2 Ducks Season Ticket Holders, we are pleased to announce a new online 3D virtual seat viewer of HONDA Center that will facilitate our 2013 Select-A-Seat process. This unique and interactive tool will provide you the ability to view and select the best available seats according to your individual preferences directly from your computer. It will also allow you to access available seating any time after your appointment day and time until July 12 so you can continue to search and relocate to your preferred seating locations for the upcoming season. Access to the online relocation tool will be accessible via My Anaheim Ducks Account Manager. We encourage you to take a few moments to read through this instruction manual so you can familiarize yourself with this new process. If you feel uneasy about using this interactive tool or do not have access to my Anaheim Ducks Account Manager, don t hesitate to contact your dedicated Account Service Executive. As always, all potential seating assignments are subject to ticket availability. 3 Step 1: MY anaheim ducks account manager login To login to My Anaheim Ducks Account Manager, visit anaheimducks.com/myducksaccount and enter your account number OR address and password. If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link and it will be ed to you IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

4 Step 2: upgrade seats To upgrade or relocate your seats, click the seat callout on the left IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

5 Step 3: select upgrade Select Ducks Season Tickets and click continue. Your upgrade selections must be equal to the number of tickets you currently have. If you want to upgrade only a portion of your seats (ex: 2 seats from a block of 4), please contact your Account Service Executive by calling 877-WILD-WING prior to Select-A-Seat so we can change the block of seats to be sold in as 2 pair (2 seats and 2 seats) rather than a block of 4. If you would like to add seats to your account, do so at this time by clicking on the line items labeled ADD SEAT and then continue with all of the seats you would like to purchase. 6 Step 4: Select seats to upgrade Confirm the Season Tickets you would like to upgrade or relocate for the 2013 season by checking the box next to each seat. Click continue at the bottom when you re done IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

7 Step 5: seat availability Once you click continue, you will be taken to Anaheim Ducks Seating at HONDA Center via the Virtual Venue tool. The navigator tab is located to the left where you can choose between different aerial views. A seating legend is also present. Green seats are available for upgrade and Red seats are not available for upgrade. Hovering over the seating areas will activate a small window containing section information, including section, price, and number of seats available in that section IOMEDIA, Inc. 8 Step 6: CHOOSE AN AVAILABLE SEAT LOCATION A Zoom & Pan tool is provided above to zoom in and out of the current seat section. Clicking a seat will open up the necessary seat information as well as a complete 360 degree view. To look around, simply hold down the mouse over the view and drag. When you are ready to select seats, click Add to Cart and each selected seat will turn yellow. Guidelines for Selecting and Holding Seats: Please pay attention to the guidelines below for selecting and holding seats. If your selection doesn t follow the guidelines, the system will not allow you to select seats. 1. Every aisle seat must be purchased with at least one adjacent seat. 2. Your upgrade selections must be equal to the amount of tickets you currently have. 3. Single seats cannot be left. 4. 9 Step 7: CONFIRM YOUR NEW SEAT LOCATION To confirm and hold your new seat(s) selection, click the checkout tab to the right and review your new seat information. Click the HOLD button when you re ready to proceed IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

10 Step 8: REVIEW AND ACCEPT YOUR SELECTION You re almost done. Review your seat(s) selection information and click Continue. if applicable, you will be asked to provide payment and choose from available payment options (i.e. payment in full or an interest-free payment plan) IOMEDIA, Inc. 11 Step 9: review your upgrade Please review that the current seats you are dropping and the new seats you are adding are correct. Click the accept button to continue if all seats are correct IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

12 Step 10: confirm your upgrade Please enter your account password again to confirm that you want to make the changes to your seats IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

13 Step 11: order summary shipping Please select a delivery method from the drop down menu. FedEx if you want your tickets delivered or Pick Up if you want to come to HONDA Center in September to pick up your tickets IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

15 Step 13: order summary billing Please complete all fields for billing information and click purchase tickets. If your new seats cost more than the seats you dropped a balance due may be charged at this time IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.
