Eligibility The following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household are prohibited from ordering a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Executive Team; partners and employees of Deloitte LLP and its affiliates; employees of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd., the NHL, NHL Enterprises Canada LP, the NBA, NBA Properties Inc., NBA Media Ventures LLC; and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be ordered and delivered within the province of Ontario. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us, The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, and its licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery license and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket. Tickets Tickets are $100 each or a 3-Pack* for $250 or a 5-Pack for $375. Tickets numbers will be issued in sequential order. *Guidelines for purchasing a 3-Pack or 5-Pack are as follows: Only ONE method of payment. Only ONE mailing address. Only ONE envelope will be mailed containing all ticket numbers. Up to THREE names may be recorded on a ticket. *All tickets in a pack must contain the same information. The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket/s; however, participants do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to 1 P a g e

Only tickets ordered by Midnight, August 31, will qualify for the Loyalty Prize Draws. The draws (10 prizes) will take place on September 12, 2018 at approx. 8:00am. The next draw will be for the VIP Prize. Only tickets ordered by Midnight, September 21, 2018 will qualify for the VIP Prize Draw. The draw (1 prize) will take place on October 3, at approx. 8:00am. The next draw will be for the Bonus Prize. Only tickets purchased by Midnight, October 12, will qualify for the Bonus Prize Draw. The first draw would be for the Early Bird Prize, followed by draws for all remaining prizes starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the top valued prize. The four (4) top valued prize draws would be made live on CP24 on November 29, 2018 between 7:00am and 6:00pm. at the Grand Prize Showhome located at 393 Maple Grove Drive, Oakville. ** In the event tickets remain after the Early Bird Deadline, then just the Early Bird draw will take place on November 27, 2018 at approx. 8:00am at the offices of Deloitte and the winner will be announced on CP24 Breakfast on November 29, 2018 between 5:30am and 9:00am at 299 Queen Street W. Toronto, M5V 2Z5. Marketing will continue to the Final Ticket Sales Deadline of Midnight, November 30. The remaining prize draws will then begin December 11, 2018 at approx. 8:00am at the offices of Deloitte starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the top valued prize. The top four (4) valued prize draws would be made live on CP24 on December 12, 2018 between 7:00am and 6:00pm at the Grand Prize showhome located at 393 Maple Grove Drive, Oakville. Tickets ordered before the Loyalty Prize deadline will be eligible for all 18,012 draws. Tickets ordered after the Loyalty prize deadline but before the VIP Prize deadline will be eligible for 18,002 draws. Tickets ordered after the VIP Prize deadline but before the Bonus Prize deadline will be eligible for 18,001 draws. Tickets ordered after the Bonus Prize deadline but before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for 18,000 draws. Tickets ordered after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 17,999 draws. Draw Control Ticket Fulfillment and Draw Control by Deloitte LLP. Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by the professional services firm of Deloitte LLP and under licensing approval by the licensing body (AGCO). All draws, with the exception of those made on television, will be made using Random Number Generator software (RNG) under the supervision of Deloitte LLP. Winning ticket numbers are eligible for all subsequent prize draws. The top four (4) valued Home Lottery prize draws will be made by hand, using numbered printed tokens in a draw drum receptacle and broadcast live on CP24 on the applicable draw date. The numbered tokens correspond to each ticket holder represented in the ticket holder database. This is in lieu of a ticket stub and serves the same purpose. Each prize draw will select one (1) winner and that winning token is selected from the draw drum at random. Winning ticket numbers are eligible for all subsequent draws. In the instance where multiple tokens are inadvertently selected from the draw drum, and this is identified prior to the read in of the token number, Deloitte LLP will halt the draw immediately, tokens will be returned to the drum and the draw procedure will be performed to determine one (1) winner. 3 P a g e

4 In the event that multiple tokens are inadvertently pulled from the draw drum, and this is not identified prior to the identifying and reading of the token number, the token number read aloud, confirmed and recorded is deemed to be the first token pulled and therefore established as the valid winner. All draws (with the exception of those made on television) will take place at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Bay Adelaide Centre, 8 Adelaide Street West., Suite 200, Toronto, ON, M5H 0A9. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. +++ Prize values stated are retail value as of date contracts were negotiated with suppliers and are independently verified by prize suppliers, as per AGCO rules. Custom grand prize homes may include many custom upgrades, unique features and the full retail replacement value of all of these features including appliances and finishes, flooring, landscaping etc. Real estate retail prize values are calculated based on contracted purchase price and include: land purchase price, Value of home construction, materials, labor, permits, all taxes applicable including full HST, cost of site preparation, landscaping, carrying costs, furnishings, decorating. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. 5 The Loyalty Prize comprises: Ten (10) prize vacations to Las Vegas for 2 adults (Total Loyalty Prize Value: $5,000). The VIP Prize comprises: one (1) prize consisting of: (i) one (1) pair of 2018/19 Toronto Maple Leafs season seats (including playoffs*) located in the Red arena seating area; (ii) one (1) pair of 2018/19 Toronto Raptors season seats (including playoffs*) located in the Side Prime arena seating area*; (iii) one (1) pair of 2019 Toronto FC season tickets including playoffs* located in the North East Field Side seating area (including BMO Club fees which provides club access and all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages within the club area).; and (iv) $25,000 Cash. Estimated retail value of Maple Leafs and Raptors tickets (including playoffs) based on pricing is $84, Estimated retail value of Toronto FC tickets (including playoffs and club access) based on 2018 pricing is $8,226. Total VIP Prize Value: $117,738. Specific seat locations to be determined by Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership. Ticket use subject to applicable venue code of conduct and the terms and conditions on reverse of each ticket. Tickets are available only for the specified season and are non-renewable. Prize recipient shall be responsible for any costs or expenses not specifically described above as being included in the VIP Prize including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the venue, other drinks/meals, gratuities, souvenirs, and all incidental and personal expenses. *In the event the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Toronto Raptors and/or Toronto FC do not qualify for participation in the playoffs or do not complete all applicable stages of the playoffs, the estimated cash value of the unused portion of the prize will be paid to the prize winner by Princess Margaret Lotteries. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw.
