Productio processes of metal idustry durig the adoptio of flexible automated productio system are becomig more complicated. The efficiecy of usig the differet techological schemes is closely coected with esurig the required accuracy, productivity ad operatioal ecoomy which are mostly defied by the degree of their reliability. The decisive ifluece o the perfectio of techological processes has the level of scietific support, because o the stage of scietific researches the potetial of iovatios, which is materialized through desig ad costructio work ito productio, is laid. The applicatio of ruggedess aalysis techology i techological output ad processes offered will lead to improved productio method ad cosiderable reductio i expediture o productio of this output, improvemet i quality ad competitive capability. Itroductio Techical ad techological moderizatio of idustry is closely coected with the developmet of ew ad improvemet of kow techologies, reductio of the eergy expeses o productio of the product, icreasig of productio efficiecy. The world idustry, havig cocetrated i itself eormous a great umber of eterprise o miig of ore, meltig ad coversio of black ad o-ferrous metals, chemical ad machie-buildig complexes, plats of precise mechaical egieerig, appliace- egieerig ad radio electroics must receive the further developmet. To study the regularities of the processes of erichmet, extractio, receptio, refiig of metals, as well as processes, coected with the chage i cotets, structure ad characteristic of alloys ad materials i metallurgy physical-chemical ad mathematical methods of the research are used. The improvemet of the techological processes with cosiderig of the raw materials complex i structure is impossible o the oly base of traditioal methods of the opeig the causal relatioships i processes of the geeral techological scheme with aalysis of their material ad heat balaces. The additioal aalysis of these processes is ecessary o base of iformatio etropy by Shao; the reaso for it is to itegrate disembodied hitherto factors o extractio of valuable compoets ad their cotets i fial products o redistributio ad o techological scheme as a whole with the followig use of this method for aalysis ad comparative estimatio at chemistmetallurgical productio. Dritza [2] o the characteristics of elemets i two volumes, where all the latest data from foreig referece book, moograph ad scietific articles are take ito accout. With the aim to coduct the comparative aalysis of the

Last years i the world steel brach they have bee actively searchig for profitable techology, capable to substitute the traditioal process of steel productio by meas of domai stoves ad oxyge covertor. But, as we predict the domai process of steel productio will prevail o ay other process of steel receptio. Such is iformatio estimatio of certaity at realizatio of

Coclusio For the iformatio aalysis of quality of techological products ad processes of their receptio quatitative estimatios of value of the iformatio ca be made oly after the prelimiary arragemet what exactly i each cocrete case has value for cosidered metallurgical processes [5-9]. 2 Use of the measure of certaity ad ucertaity of the iformatio allows aalyze the geeral mechaisms of etropy-iformatio laws of the techological repartitios beig a fudametal basis of all spotaeously proceedig processes of accumulatio of the iformatio which result i selforgaizig techological processes, amely, to hierarchical systems. For multilevel hierarchical system of techological repartitio is importat to describe the subordiate level as iteractio of the itercoected subsystems, each of which possesses the iformatio properties. Therefore, at receptio of a iformatio estimatio mai attetio is iverted o ito-level ad itra-level iteractios. The cosidered approach, i our opiio, fully complies with the basic requiremets of the system etropy-iformatio aalysis as while modelig hierarchical system of techological processes it provides itegrity of its cosideratio due to the geeral-theoretical ad methodical cocepts allowig to keep i sight the system as a whole etirely for the solutio of a task at all levels of hierarchical system.
