5 EVENT SPONSORSHIP 40TH Annual SHAMRAUCTION 40TH ANNUAL SHAMRAUCTION February 2017 WHAT: CATHEDRAL HIGH SCHOOL S ANNUAL SHAMRAUCTION IS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISING EVENT IN THE MIDWEST. The event annually raises more than $685,000 for tuition assistance and to promote excellence in academics, the arts, and athletics. Now in its 40th year, this one-night event brings together generations of alumni, supporters, parents, students, donors, and friends in an over-the-top evening of fun, food, and festivities. More than 850 attend every year, with more than 500 companies donating goods and services that go to support the tuition assistance program at Cathedral. WHO: Reach 850+ attendees who are leaders in the Indianapolis business, civic, education, and arts communities plus hundreds of volunteers, students, and parents who support businesses who support Cathedral High School. Proceeds of the event support the Father Kelly Tuition Grant at Cathedral High School, which supports the school s vision and mission. The Father Kelly Tradition Golf Outing is held on the Friday of Alumni Grand Reunion Weekend and is a special one day event that includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range, food, libations, commemorative gifts, and fun. WHO: The outing draws teams of 36 foursomes comprised of alumni, parents, friends, supporters, donors, board members, faculty, administration, and staff of Cathedral High School.
