The exhibitor section is a private page where you can: Obtain all information necessary to organise your participation in EQUIP AUTO Book your communication tools (invitations, badge readers, announcement of new products, registration for the International Awards for Automotive Innovation, and the catalogue, announcement of your events, communication tools, sending of your press releases etc.) Your stand fitters and designers can download all the documents needed to organise your stand from the home page, in the section available to all. 7 ADVERTISING & COMMUNICATION To make the most of your participation, leverage all the tools available to you: 1. Before the show, let everyone know YOU WILL BE THERE! You can already tell everyone that you will be participating in EQUIP AUTO 2011 by inserting the logos and banners featuring the message "WE'LL BE THERE" on your online tools (website, newsletters, signatures, press releases etc.): For more impact, you can customise your show banners and logos, free of charge and in a few clicks, with your stand number as soon as it has been confirmed: Customisation example: IMPORTANT We suggest that you specify the home page of the official website on all your banners and logos: You can also order your customised invitation code url (cf. p.9) so your clients can order their free badges they offer you. To download your banners now, go to > EXHIBIT / Communication tools section > or click on "PRACTICAL INFO /Promotion and Communication" in your EXHIBITOR SECTION 7

INVITE your clients, prospects & VIPs Invitations All exhibitors automatically get a set of 100 free invitations when signing up to the show, so that you can invite your clients in the best possible conditions (in French for exhibitors in France and French-speaking countries in English for exhibitors from other countries). You can also order more free invitations (up to 200). If you need more than these 300 free invitations, you may order more (to be invoiced). To find out the customisation rates for your invitations (printing your logo + stand number), contact the show s Communications Department + 33 (0) or send an to the following address: isabelle.cachelot@comexposium.com Order your invitations > before 10 September 2011 > on Internet in your EXHIBITOR SECTION/MY FORMS/Invitations e-invitations (electronic invitations) To order, print and send your e-invitations: > click on the section: MY BOUTIQUE/E-invitation Based on a very easy-to-use template, create your e-invitations to be sent by to your clients. The e-letter is also available in English. Put your e-invitation together base on the form Insert your excel file with addresses The e-invitation is then sent confidentially The visitor receives an e-invitation in your corporate colours telling them about your company and offering them a free badge from you. Service available in your Exhibitor section on Internet The first 100 e-invitations are free.. Beyond that, rates are as follows: 240 excl. taxes per pack of 500 e-invitations (i.e. 500 mails) 8
9 Invitation code Ask for your EQUIP AUTO invitation code to track your actions. Your clients can click on this code (url link), specific to your firm, to obtain a free badge for the show. You can insert this coded link on your online communication (for example on your customised banners see previous page). Rate for the invitation code = 125 excl. taxes for unlimited use. Ask for your invitation code: > before 10 September 2011 > on Internet in your EXHIBITOR SECTION, section MY BOUTIQUE / invitation code. VIP badges Roll out the red carpet for your key accounts by offering them VIP access! EQUIP AUTO lets you offer VIP badges free of charge to your best clients. Order your VIP badges: > before 10 September 2011 > on Internet in your EXHIBITOR SECTION, Click on the Ordering Exhibitor / VIP badges button The badge reader Use the "scan & go" badge reader to obtain the contact details and the profile of the visitors who visited your stand, in Excel format. Included in the service: delivery of an Excel file listing your visitors 3 days after the show has closed. Option: delivery of Excel file every day, at around 6.30 pm. Order your badge reader: > before 10 September 2011 > on Internet in your EXHIBITOR SECTION/ MY BOUTIQUE/Badge reader. If you didn t order your badge reader when signing up for EQUIP AUTO, you can do it in your Exhibitor section, on the show website/ MY BOUTIQUE/Badge readers. 9
10 3. Announce your new products Announce your new products on Announcing your new products is important. It helps raise your profile for visitors and journalists. Your new products will be featured free of charge on the website and in the show press pack. Announce your new products and innovations: > on Internet in your EXHIBITOR SECTION/ My catalogue entry/my new products Participate in the International Awards for Automotive Innovation Let your innovations shine, participate in the 2011 EQUIP AUTO International Awards for Automotive Innovation. 4 categories: 1) OEM and GreenTech, 2) Spare parts and aftermarket, 3) Garage equipment, 4) Service and Service areas. The panel comprises 80 international journalists. Filing applications: > New date: 20 July 18 August 2011 > on Internet in your EXHIBITOR SECTION/ My catalogue entry/my new products 4. Communicate with the Press Publish your press releases on the show website Talk about your latest news and products in connection with the show in a free publication on the EQUIP AUTO website, PRESS/ exhibitor press releases. Send your press releases to isabelle.cachelot@comexposium.com now! Announce your press conference on the show website If you have planned a press conference during the show, announce it as from now in the free "Events" section of our website so that journalists can find out and include it in their "show" programme. To announce your press events: > by 10 September 2011 at the latest > on Internet in your EXHIBITOR SECTION/ PRACTICAL INFO/Promotion and Communication" Book your press pigeonhole Use your press pigeonhole to circulate your press packs and releases to journalists free of charge. Plan to have press packs in French and English. You can drop your press packs off at the Press Office on Monday 10 October as from 2.00 pm and on the morning of Tuesday 11 October. Announce your show events and demonstrations Announce events organised on your stand If you are organising workshops, demonstrations, competitions or events at your stand during the show, you may announce it free of charge on the show website. Your offers will be published free of charge on our website and circulated at the entrance to the show. Register for the official show catalogue (hard copy and online) The EQUIP AUTO 2011 official catalogue is the must-have tool for visitors during and after the show. They can buy it at the entrance to the show or ordering it when signing up online, Take care to fill in your registration form and use it to stand out from the crowd.
