2 About SPARK!FISHERS DESIGNATED THE 2017 While Spark!Fishers is brand new to the Nickel Plate District, it does include some of the annual Fourth of July traditions Fishers families have come to cherish. This fun-filled weekend promises to include: Money Magazine Best Place to Live, there s no shortage of vibrancy or pride throughout the Fishers community. With great excitement, the A national concert at the newly renovated A community parade, unlike anything City of Fishers and a diverse array of community partners are thrilled to Nickel Plate District AMP Fishers residents have seen before A family-friendly 5K Walk/Run around the Topped off with a community fireworks Nickel Plate District show to conclude the celebrations announce Spark!Fishers. The inaugural event is slated to take place Friday, June 29 and Saturday, June 30, offering endless opportunities to create meaningful, fun memories right here in your community! The entire weekend promises to showcase A street fair, filled with local food innovation, blend entertainment with delicious food, and honor those who and entertainment have and continue to make great sacrifices for our freedom.

3 About SPARK!FISHERS The development of Spark!Fishers is supported by Honorary Co-Chairs Mayor Fadness, Hamilton Southeastern (HSE) Schools Superintendent Dr. Allen Bourff, Conner Prairie CEO Norman Burns, and retired HSE S.P.O.R.T.S. Executive Director Lynda Carlino. The event is led by seven committees with over 100 members of the community alongside City employees. These stakeholders are working together to highlight unique aspects of Fishers while creating an atmosphere that welcomes all abilities, backgrounds, and interests.
