It is t be cmpleted during the design develpment phase f the prject and is intended t help the design team verify they have included the requirements apprpriate fr the selected FORTIFIED designatin level. This is t be submitted t the prspective FORTIFIED Evaluatr fr apprval befre cnstructin dcuments are prepared.
