4 Flue systems 1 The following requirements regrding design nd instlltion pply to flue systems f ondensing omustion equipment: Pri to strting wk on the flue system, your heting ontrt should onfer with the flue gs inspet responsile [where pplile]. omustion equipment must e onneted to the domesti himney stk on the sme flo s the one on whih it is instlled (no trnsition through seprting eilings). We reommend instlltion in seprte room. Struturl unit The fementioned onditions re generlly met when one of the flue systems (essies) listed elow is used. The Vitoldens 00-, Vitoldens 00-T, Vitondens 00-T up to 5 kw nd Vitondens -F re tegised s pplines type 5, 6 8. In dne with TRÖI 009, joint pprovl f the Vitoldens, Vitondens nd the lned flue system pplies to this type of equipment. F lned flue systems tested together with the oiler, some uthities wive the requirement f tightness test (overpressure test) during ommissioning y the flue gs inspet nd the verifition of E designtion. If this pplies, we reommend tht your heting engineer rries out simple tightness test during the ommissioning of your system. F this it is suffiient to hek the O onentrtion in the omustion ir t the nnulr gp of the lned flue pipe. The flue is onsidered suffiiently gs-tight if the O onentrtion in the omustion ir is no higher thn 0. %, if the O onentrtion is t lest 0.6 %. If higher O lower O vlues re ptured, hek the flue system f tightness. In onjuntion with the onentri oxil pipe (lned flue system), the surfe temperture of the oiler tht of the lned flue system will never exeed 85 º. Therefe, lernes to omustile omponents ding to TRÖI re not required. The E-designted flues from the Viessmnn rnge n e used in equipment type 6. Use ondenste trp ove the oiler flue onnetion if n luminium flue pipe is instlled. Instll the onneting lines with fll of t lest to the oiler. The lned flue system is E-designted nd pproved in dne with DIN EN 171 (see pge 6). In ddition, the shft must hve fire rting of L0 L Open flue opertion (type ) Flue gs is routed through single wll plsti pipes (PPs). Shfts tht were previously onneted to oil solid fuel oilers must e thoughly lened y himney sweep. Loose deposits omprising sulphur nd soot must not remin on the inside of the himney. If the flue pipe is inessile from the roof, seond inspetion pt must e provided in the tti ehind the himney lening hth. Provide n inspetion pt t the se of the shft f heking the seondry ventiltion. The perfmne verifition to EN 18 should then e provided y the respetive flue mnufturer.
