PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE Why does the role exist? This position exists to provide high quality administrative support to Corporate Services in the area of Human Resources. 2 KEY RESULT AREA ACCOUNTABILITIES What are the key roles this position interacts with on a regular basis? 1. Leadership Assist the Corporate Services Manager and Corporate Services Unit Coordinator to deliver and achieve CSU practices and objectives Contribute to ensuring employees are engaged 2. Operations Provide high level administrative and day-to-day functions for the CSU team, following a consistent approach to systems & procedures Provide a full range of clerical, administrative and secretarial support functions for the CSU team as required Provide assistance with monthly (and other) reports as requested by the Corporate Services Manager Carry out any other general administration and special tasks as required Document control for HR policies, SOP & Work Instructions Updating and maintenance of SharePoint page Assist the Corporate Services Manager with recruitment, training and any other tasks as required Input, monitor and maintain the CSU systems by ensuring all the configuration, records and user manual are current Carry out any other general administration and special tasks as required Document control for CSU policies, SOP & Work Instructions Assist with on boarding and off boarding employee administrative tasks including - Update position descriptions, Schedule interviews and meet & greet applicants, Prepare interview guides, Book preemployment medical checks Assist with the servicing and maintenance of office accommodation, equipment and office leases Oversee the fleet management of Tas Gas including reporting accuracy and stakeholder management Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with external stakeholders to establish Health and Wellbeing / Recruitment /networking connections within industry Intranet Maintain and update the intranet page when required Ensure current policies and procedures are updated and available to managers and employees Template: BMSDOC , Version 5.0 Page 2 of 5
