Objective f the tender As the mst dynamic bank and ne f the biggest advertisers amng the financial institutins PrCredit Bank is lking t appint a media-buying agency that will: Maximize the ptential f media budgets at every pprtunity. Demnstrate a clear and efficient buying prcess Shw a strng understanding f the key research issues in the market as they impact advertising spending. Demnstrate transparency in all areas f media purchasing including prvisin f cntracts, back-up invicing, and disclsure f third party agreements as they affect PrCredit Bank. Execute media services, efficiently at a cmpetitive yet fair remuneratin fee. 3. Agency ranking in the market with specifics f print, radi and TV billings verall and by statin; All the maximum discunts the agencies have n the media buying at all print, radi and TV statins, lcal and natinal in the cuntry; Agency fee; Key staff attached t PrCredit Bank accunt, including previus media experience, and rle n the accunt Research Data & Materials PrCredit Bank requests a shrt sectin f the agency pinin f the prs and cns fr the TV research data prvided by the different agencies n the market. Of particular interest are the discrepancies as they impact share f vice, reach (cverage) and csts per GRP. Finally the Bank requires the agencies recmmendatins n which data surce is prpsed fr planning and buying airtime fr PrCredit Bank. Agencies are invited t include a shrt sectin cvering any additinal research tls, r systems, prprietary r therwise, that culd be demnstrated t have a direct effect n the media plans r budgets f PrCredit Bank Media Envirnment

3 Agencies are asked t present Media Scene fr 2009 and frecasts/analysis fr Cmpetitive analysis It is recmmendable as well that the agencies are asked t present Cmpetitive analysis fr 2010 fr the Banking sectr. The cmpetitive analysis shuld include Media analysis, as well as BTL. (if infrmatin is available) TV Statin Trading 2010 Using the abve wrking budgets fr 2010, please prvide a brief verview n the trading methdlgy with each statin. The prcess shuld included but nt be limited t the fllwing; Examples f briefing frmats and lead-times required. Respnse t briefing and media plan examples. Apprval frmats including specific media bjectives. On air maintenance r changes t campaigns. Pst analysis f campaigns, frmats and timings. Prpsal fr review perid fr buying perfrmance (quarterly/half year/annual?) Remuneratin Agencies are invited t submit remuneratin prpsals fr planning/buying fee. 7. Agency Issues Agencies are free t present any ther infrmatin cnsidered relevant t PrCredit Bank. Jane Sandanski 109a, Skpje Labeled Media Agency Tender The ffers which have arrived by r fax, and ffers that have arrived after the perid has expired shall nt be cnsidered valid during the deciding upn the tender. The envelpe must nt cntain any label thereby the submitter can be identified. If upn request f PrCredit Bank, the Bidder is required t prepare a template f the subject f the bid, the preparatin is n the Bidder and the mdel remains in the wnership f the Bidder. PrCredit Bank is nt bliged t cmpensate the csts fr preparatin f the template and is nt bliged t buy it.
