Founded in 1985, PADRES achieves its mission by providing cancerrelated educational, emotional, social and financial programs and services. Although PADRES programs and services are primarily designed for the Latino community, PADRES serves families of all ethnic and economic backgrounds, so that NO FAMILY IS EVER TURNED AWAY and all services are free. Through partnerships with hospitals in California, South Florida, New York City and Las Vegas, PADRES is able to provide the vital programs and services needed by thousands of families who have a child battling cancer.
