The registration fee includes publication of information about the Company in the exhibition catalogue, Congress information package, and invitations to the Congress. Exhibition space and construction The minimum stand area shall be 4 square metres. Participation in the scientific programme shall be possible if not less than 6 square metres of the exhibition space is rented. Cost is 1 sq.m of an exhibition area Enhanced visibility (stand corner layout with two open sides) for stands with standard and premium construction: +10% to the rental rate. 5 Basic stand configuration (Standard construction) Annex 2 Standard construction envisages constructing a stand from Mero R8 profiles and white wall panels. The stand height is 2.5 m. The stand comes with a standard fascia panel (the height is 30 cm). A list of equipment included in the basic configuration of a standard stand will depend on its floor area. Where necessary, the stand may be equipped with additional equipment.
