3 Welcome to the 2012 Shaklee Global Conference Hello Shaklee Family, We are thrilled to have you here in Las Vegas at a gathering of the most influential people in Shaklee YOU and the thousands of your fellow Distributors here who are committed to the Shaklee mission of Creating Healthier Lives. This workbook will be your guide through the Global Conference and will allow you to capture the key information you ll need to help you and your team build your business. Just a few suggestions as you attend the Conference: 1. Listen and take notes. This workbook is your most important tool for remembering what you heard at the Conference and what you will want to share with those back home. Write down things that spark ideas you can put into action. 47 Putting It All Together YOUR Action Plan Your Action Plan is your call to action. Your commitment to the activities in your plan will keep you and your team in constant massive activity and help you to reach your Shaklee business goals. Before you can build your Action Plan, you need to document your Dream. List some of the key things you have on your Dream Board that you will achieve and earn, no matter what! 48 Setting Your Shaklee Business Goals and Your Action Plan Now it s time to set the goals that will help you to make your dreams come true! On the following pages, identify your Shaklee business goals and the timetable during which you want to achieve them. The time frame for your planning will be the incentive qualification period from now through June 2013 in the Simple Points Program that can help you earn luxury trips. Each quarter you will identify the activities you will do to achieve these goals. (You will look back at July 2012 to see where you started in your qualification period what your activity looked like and what your results were.) The monthly pages that follow allow you to identify the business activities you set as goals to do weekly. The calendars then provide space for you to fill in your planned activities for each week of each month. Then you can record at the end of each month your business achievements for the month so you can track your progress. Notice: You should revisit your Action Plan every 90 days. If you follow this process of recording your activities and accomplishments, and also teach your business builders to do the same, you are ON YOUR WAY to realizing your goals and earning cash bonuses, car bonuses, and trips in Shaklee! 48 Workbook and Action Plan August 2012
