1 NEFA 2013 Partner Program The National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) Partner Program was created to give participating members additional marketing exposure to our association and industry and to give them high profile recognition for their dedicated support. Partner Program participants invest pre-agreed upon sponsorship amounts to have their names put on various conference and other association events and items. That helps NEFA, as a non-profit association, plan and budget for the whole year. In return, NEFA leverages those participant s investments by providing additional, free, NEFA- Bucks. NEFA bucks are added to the Partner Program accounts giving participants far more buying power for advertising, sponsorship or other promotions. NEFA Bucks can increase total account value by as much as 66%! Being a NEFA Partner helps you leverage your dedication to the NEFA community by providing new and enhanced ways of delivering your message to the membership continually throughout the year while spending less of your own money to do it. NEFA has created four different levels of partnership. The higher the level of partnership, the higher the level of recognition for your company, and the higher the level of NEFA Bucks rewards. 3 Here s How It Works Partner Program The provides an avenue to get and keep your name in front of your best prospects while being recognized and rewarded for you support of of the association. The higher the level of sponsorship, the more NEFA-Bucks rewards you ll receive. While members may continue to sponsor and advertise on an a-lacarte basis, those who become a part of the Partner Program will reap program benefits. NEFA will add NEFA Bucks to your financial commitment giving you, in effect, up to 66% more advertising purchasing power. As a Partner, you ll also receive: A year-long listing on the NEFA Web site identifying them as partner of the organization; More opportunities to promote their organization and receive recognition from the association members and conference attendees. Program Mechanics There are four distinct partnership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Partners will select a partnership level and pay that amount to NEFA upon signup. They will then have on account both the money they ve invested plus additional, free NEFA-Bucks to spend throughout the year. Signing up is Easy Pick a partner level, sign your contract and send in your payment. NEFA will then add NEFA-Bucks to your Partner Account for you to use, giving you up to 66% more than you put in; now that s leverage! Start selecting advertising and sponsorship opportunities paid for out of your account. NEFA staff will confirm the items you select throughout the year and help you craft a marketing program to fit your budget and your prospects. NEFA staff will track the balance of your investment and your NEFA-Bucks to help you ensure you get the most out of the program. All advertising and sponsorship items are assigned on a firstcome first-served basis and are subject to availability, so we encourage you to make your selections as early as possible. Partner funds and NEFA-Bucks are non-refundable and must be utilized in the 2013 program year, so don t delay!
