1 Dear Football Player, Parents, and Sponsors, Welcome to the 2018 St. Augustine Football season. We are looking forward to meeting all the new and returning families. We are sending this information packet to all football families, including all freshmen who have expressed an interest in playing. We welcome your support. We promise you a fun and rewarding season during which you will meet many friends. Get ready for a great season. Like every year, it is important to raise money to support the football program. To kick-off our fundraising efforts, we have compiled a packet for players to sell advertising space in the 2018 Football Program. This program will be sold at all 5 home games including the play-offs. Parents who wish to purchase a tribute ad for their son(s) are welcome to do so. The proceeds of this ad campaign will help insure a quality football season. Attached are examples of ads that appeared in the 2017 Football Program and all the information you will need to be successful in selling ads for the program. We prefer the ads to be camera ready in black and white. Please make checks payable to St. Augustine High School. Sponsors may digital artwork to ads4football@gmail.com or send in artwork with payment to the main office. Please send in completed forms, payment, and artwork together. SAINTS LIVE FOOTBALL BROADCASTS on the NFHS NETWORK NEW WAY TO ADVERTISE! $1800 "El Kremer" - Sponsor ALL Saints Football regular season NFHS Network LIVE broadcasts. That's 10 Saints regular season games + all preseason games + all playoffs games. Your company will be mentioned at least 4 times during each broadcast. We can either play 4 of your commercials or we can do 4 live reads with your company graphic on the screen. $200 "Halo Joe" - Sponsor one Saints Football regular or preseason game (except the Cathedral game or playoff game) or playoff game on the NFHS Network LIVE Saints broadcasts. Your company will be mentioned at least 4 times during each broadcast. We can either play 4 of your commercials or we can do 4 live reads with your company graphic on the screen. $250 "Tio Stephenson" - Sponsor one Saints Football Playoff game or the Cathedral game on the NFHS Network LIVE Saints broadcasts. Your company will be mentioned at least 4 times during each broadcast. We can either play 4 of your commercials or we can do 4 live reads with your company graphic on the screen. $400 "El Jefe Hearn" - Sponsor one Saints Football game of your choice (no restrictions). A representative from your company can be interviewed at half time. Your company icon will be on

2 the entire broadcast in the lower right corner. Your company will be mentioned at least 4 times during each broadcast. We can either play 4 of your commercials or we can do 4 live reads with your company graphic on the screen. (This offer is good for only one company per game) $3K "Kremer y Haupt Especial" - Sponsor ALL Saints Football and Basketball regular season NFHS Network LIVE broadcasts. That's 22 Saints regular season Football & Basketball games + all Holiday Classic Basketball Tournament games + all preseason Football & Basketball + all playoffs games. Your company will be mentioned at least 4 times during each broadcast. We can either play 4 of your commercials or we can do 4 live reads with your company graphic on the screen. 5 Program Guidelines for Sponsorship Ads Please submit PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF file formats of original artwork. (Note the layout formats below Landscape versus Portrait) Business Card Ads: Quarter Page Ads: Half Page Ads: Full Page Ads: NO PHOTOGRAPHS OF BUSINESS CARDS!!! Landscape or Portrait layout formats are accepted. Scan Business Card with a minimum resolution of 800 DPI or provide clean Business Card for scanning or original artwork files. If Business Card is two-sided, please indicate which side you want to have shown in the program. Two Business Cards Ads fit one Quarter Page Ad. Only Portrait layout format are accepted. Landscape or Portrait layout formats are accepted. For best image quality on Half Page of Business Card Ads, please scan with a minimum resolution of 1200 DPI or provide clean Business Card for scanning or original artwork files.
