3 GENERAL INFORMATION REGISTRATION / WELCOME DESK A welcome desk will be set up in the hall of the Building Astrée. Your conference bag will be given to you, you will find all the necessary documents for the conference. Please note that for security reasons, the name tag must be worn for the duration of the conference. INFORMATION ON SITE During the conference, participants should refer to the reception desk for any changes in the program. INSURANCE The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any medical problem, transport or personal insurance. It is strongly advised to have an individual insurance in case of problems during the conference. INTERNET Internet is available in the halls, amphis and rooms. You will find a username and password in your participant envelope. Posters will be displayed in the Déambulatoire hall. POSTERS EXHIBITION Lunches will be held at Restaurant CROUS of JUSSIEU, 3 Avenue Albert Einstein, Villeurbanne LUNCHES LYON TROUGH ITS RESTAURANTS Lyon is well known for its thousand-plus restaurants, ranging from internationally renowed restaurants to the simplest «bouchon». 4 GENERAL INFORMATION REGISTRATION The registration will be in the ASTREE Building and will be open : Sunday 5th: 16:00 to 18:00 Monday 6th : 8:00 to 18:30 Tuesday 7th : 8:00 to 18:30 Wednesday 8th : 8:00 to 12:30 Thursday 9th : 8:00 to 18:30 Friday 10th : 8:00 to 12:30 BREAKS During morning and afternoon breaks, coffee and tea will be served in the halls of the conference buildings: Astrée on Monday, Thursday, and Friday morning; Déambulatoire and Thémis the rest of the time. NETWORKING A friendly space - called Cybercafé, with a limited number of seats - will be available during the day for discussions and networking in the Déambulatoire building. Take the tramway T1, in direction of Debourg and get off at "Saxe-prefecture".
