Duggan, Founder Kevin Duggan is the Founder of the Institute for Operational Excellence, the leading resource on the principles and methodology needed to achieve Operational Excellence. Tim Healey, Faculty Member Tim Healey s current specialty at the Institute for Operational Excellence is teaching the principles of Operational Excellence in the business process sector. Tim brings with him experience improving business processes for organizations such as United Technologies Corporation, Classic Party Rentals, and Dexter Magnetic Technologies. Prior to joining the Institute, Mr. Healey served as national business manager for H.J. Heinz in Sydney where he was responsible for managing key account and product profitability, sales forecasting and budgets, and business terms and agreements for four major Australian supermarket chains with annual sales targets reaching $18.9 million. Previously, he was brand manager for British American Tobacco handling such tasks as packaging, new product development and product launch projects, trade loyalty programs, sales team management, brand status reporting, and forecasting. Mr. Healey earned his bachelor of business administration in marketing and economics at Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia) in 2001, and is currently earning his master s degree in organizational change management from The New School University (New York City).
