3 1.0 Interim EIS Contribution 1. This categories of screen are for employer to submit EIS contribution via portal and generate for ECR to proceed with payment submission. 1.1 Submit EIS Contribution Step 1: Employer to login to online portal by using its own username and password (Same as ASSIST login credentials). Step 2: Once login to portal, employer will be redirected to the contribution submission page. Page 3 of 10 Wiseyes Solutions Sdn. Bhd. 2018

4 Step 4: Employer to check the checkbox as illustrated below to acknowledge their agreement to contribute for EIS. Step 5: There are two options to submit to EIS contribution, which are: i. Data Entry (Manually input salary for calculation of EIS contribution rate) ii. Text File (Upload text file of employee s EIS contribution rate) Make EIS Contribution by Data Entry Step 1: Employer to select option Data Entry. Page 4 of 10 Wiseyes Solutions Sdn. Bhd. 2018

5 Step 2: Employer to select the contribution month for submission. Step 3: Employer to search respective employee by employee s identification No. Step 4: Employer to key in employee s salary in the data field as illustrated below: Step 5: System to calculate the EIS contribution rate based on the salary keyed in by employer and show out as the illustrated below. 6 Step 6: Once completed, employer to click Submit button to submit the submission into the system. Step 7: Once SUBMIT button clicked, system to show a confirmation pop out screen as below. 7 Step 8: Once employer click Confirm button, system to show a successful screen and employer allow to download the EIS Contribution Received by clicking the download link as illustrated below. Step 9: Once OK button clicked, a confirmation pop out screen will show as illustrated below and employer to click Confirm to exit the screen or click Cancel to go back to successful screen. 8 1.1.2 Make EIS Contribution by Text File Step 1: Employer to select option Text File. Step 2: Employer to click Choose File button and select the pre-defined text file. Step 3: Employer to click Upload button to upload the selected pre-defined text file. Step 4: Once pre-defined text file uploaded, system to load and display the employee s contribution information inside the text file as illustrated below: Step 5: Once text file successfully uploaded, employer to click Submit button to submit the submission into the system. 9 Step 6: Once submitted, system to show a confirmation pop out screen as below. Employer to click Confirm to submit the submission or click Cancel to cancel the submission. Step 7: Once employer click Confirm button, system to show a successful screen and allow employer to download the EIS Contribution Received by clicking the download link as illustrated below.
