Accessible; giving employees the information they need at the point they need it Useful: allowing residents to self-serve and again, giving them the information they require when they want it. Cost Effective: reduce query times and data management. Quality: maintain and improve the quality of the service the council provides authoritative, current and clear

5 Technical Requirements: Data Improve data management and reduce resource overheads Leverage existing state investment in data quality by using Vicmap datasets. Maintain and enhance, where needed, the quality of Council datasets. Add value to existing datasets and build new datasets. Integrate datasets into a single point of truth.
