18 Airworthiness Directives / Service Bulletins AD/SB can be automatically downloaded and then uploaded into MRO IT system Airlines/CAMOs generate their own customised evaluation process. Evaluation workflow is automatically triggered and sends s to nominated individuals / Departments. System can be set to chase evaluators after a fixed number of days. Documentation effects can also be tracked and the relevant departments notified. Typical MRO IT adds AD / SB tasks to the maintenance database and can fully integrate them it into the planning cycle at any desired time. 25 Summary We know the information is in there! We want to access it, how we want to, when we want to, in the form of our choosing with one or two clicks I used to dread end of month engine reporting our four team members would spend 3 days each reconciling & manipulating data this report makes it a tenth of the task The new graphical tool allowed me to plan in 3 hours what used to take 3 weeks of manipulation Measuring, tracking and alerting KPIs is critical to driving efficiencies management want high visibility reliability reporting is 70% of my job this report saves 3 weeks in every month now I can concentrate on managing reliability! Presenting an accurate, detailed invoice before the customer leaves our facility saves weeks in chasing payment
