4 Understand the current state maturity of the organization s tools, capabilities, metrics and user adoption needs for in-scope Enterprise Asset Management processes Establish a roadmap to delivery of improved capabilities to the organization considering user needs, business processes, and technology capabilities & limitations Identify quick win projects Deploy resources in a logical, program guided sequence to create continuous improvement momentum within the targeted business processes Overview of proposed solution: This can be broken into 4 areas: Current State Analysis: Conduct interviews with SMEs across all impacted Divisions and Functional groups to examine current state processes. Analyze findings to determine improvement opportunities. Improvement Opportunities: Assess recommended improvements for impact, estimated cost, and dependencies Future State Mapping: Produce a recommended roadmap in sequential order of individual projects under a program governance model Action Planning: Foster continuous improvement within the guidance of an overall program Epi-Use proposes a four week project to develop an assessment of the current process & technology maturity state, to establish a list of improvement projects with benefits, and to develop a roadmap for a logical sequence of improvement projects.
