This is how the first BAVARIA EasyRaise ladder platform, roof-protection-wall and roof-edge-protection for flat roofs came into being. True to the motto of Only those who change, stay true to themselves, we put our heads together in recent years with roofing and solar technology professionals and made the decision to overhaul our basic product portfolio to create a full range for almost all roofing applications. In addition to safety for tradespeople, our goal has always been to create products that are fast to assemble, easy to use and high in quality. The aluminium telescopic boards inserted between the consoles are especially convenient. They guarantee a secure tread and can also be used as space for storing tools. Our roof-protection-wall can be easily stowed and stored in a practical transport box. Securing the gable ends presents a real challenge in particular. MAUDERER now presents a solution that allows you to assemble a secure gable-end-protection system in record time without a scaffold tower. It allows 5 m of gable end to be reliably secured with two just BAVARIA ladders and our basic set. Our new BAVARIA roof-edge-protection system for gables meets all the requirements of DIN (Protection class A). Our BAVARIA roof-edge-protection system for gables is the first roof-edge-protection system worldwide that can be safely and quickly assembled and dismantled from the ground without any special tools and which can be used on all gable types and roof inclinations up to 45. Attaching the gable consoles to the ladders means that rafter clamps and drilling holes in the rafters or house walls are no longer necessary. The work platform is also dismantled from the ground. No further aids, such as safety harnesses, are required for BG-compliant assembly. The surface of the roof remains free and the work platform serves as a convenient work surface (up to 450 kg). The SL system needs to be secured in place with straps. Drilling holes in the façade is not necessary. The system is compatible with all widely used BAVARIA EasyRaise ladder platforms. The maximum permitted platform height is 8.0 m. We have developed and tested it with the help of experienced professionals. The height can be adjusted to compensate for small irregularities. The system is manufactured to our customary BAVARIA quality standards in our factory in Lindenberg/ Allgäu. The model has been certified by Dekra. Mauderer has developed a new flat roof protection system especially designed for long roofs and major projects in order to meet the growing demand for collective edge protection systems according to DIN EN 13374:2013. The high and freely adjustable span width of up to 2.6 m between the railing posts considerably reduces the amount of time required for assembly. The entire system can be assembled with just one tool using a cordless screwdriver. Two aluminium consoles and a telescopic board form a lightweight and length-adjustable stand and tool storage area for all roof workers.
