With having other sub trades booked in to complete glazing, partitions and carpentry works. Perfect Concrete Care had to implement a game plan to complete the 325m2 floor plate within one weekend. All material and tools were delivered to site on Friday afternoon ready for works to begin first thing Saturday morning. Our team members performed concrete grinding services at 18 Karimbla Rd, Miranda for one of our clients CJ Duncan. This project involved waterproofing removal on the floor of two balconies of an apartment block.

The objective of the project was to reduce the concrete roof to required level. Perfect Concrete Care were engaged by Taylor Construction Group to complete Concrete Wall Sawing at the NeuRA (Neuroscience Research Australia) in Randwich. The project consisted of cutting out three concrete slabs to make the windows on the support wall larger, this was the perfect project to use our new Tyrolit WSE1217 Concrete Wall Saw.

5 CONCRETE CORING A core drill is specifically designed to remove a cylinder of material. Core drilling leaves smooth circular holes, typically used for electrical cable or piping, plumbing requirements, ducting for fans and air conditioners, placing anchor bolts as well as driveway and pathway lighting. The works included concrete coring of balconies, walls, floors and ceilings to allow for plumbing and electrical services to be installed. Perfect Concrete Care completed work at Central Station, Sydney for DEGNAN Construc - tions Pty Ltd. This included the concrete cutting of elevator doors to allow for bigger lifts installa - tion and concrete coring in the lift shaft to allow for services to be run.

6 CONCRETE SCANNING Hidden features within concrete structures can cause damage to tools or worse off even the operator them - selves. This is where concrete scanning comes in, with the use of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) we provide in real-time our operators comprehensive scans of structu - res in order to insure the safety of both equipment and workers. This project involved coring-out five core holes at different points on the roof to measure the density of the concrete. Prior to our team member drilling the core holes, we performed a concrete scan to ensure that there were no services running underneath the slab that we could potentially hit. Client: Lloyd Group Location: 20 Martin Place, Sydney CBD Perfect Concrete Care was drafted by Lloyd Group to carry out concrete scanning investi - gations of concrete sub-floor in over seventeen locations throughout the site.
