Established on 10th November 1983, our factory is located at Krakatau Industrial Estate, Cilegon. It produces welded H-Beam with various combinations of steel grades based on JIS, ASTM, BS, DIN,etc.

Additionally, in order to protect steel against corrosion, we also provide shot-blasting and prime-coating facilities. Our plant is also equipped with laboratories for various kinds of H-Beam tests.

3 Established on 10th November 1983, our factory is located at Krakatau Industrial Estate, Cilegon. It produces welded H-Beam with various combinations of steel grades based on JIS, ASTM, BS, DIN,etc. We also produce welded H-Beam with various size of cross sections to reach economic and optimum design. Additionally, in order to protect steel against corrosion, we also provide shot-blasting and prime-coating facilities. Our plant is also equipped with laboratories for various kinds of H-Beam tests. As a result, the welded part is stronger than the steel plate, consequently monolith section can be obtained. Computerized and integrated management system guarantees accuracy and speed in carrying out the functions of planning, control, data processing, administration, etc. Since its official opening by President Soeharto in November 1985, Cigading has produced more than 1 million welded H-Beams in various sizes for various uses. Our H-Beams, has been used to build high-rise buildings, offices, bridges, factories, warehouses, bearing piles, crane girders, etc., throughout Indonesia. 3 With Such A Sound Beginning We Could Expect A Greater Future 1983 Established at Cilegon (West Java) and inaugurated by the President of the Republic Indonesia. Initially with the welded H-beam Plant, operating on 7-line Automatic Production Lines with 5,000 tons/month capacity in various sizes. Shot Blast and Painting was established soon after Expanded the facilities and established the Coil Center comprising slitting and shearing coil Steel fabrication was established. This enabled our Company to have three plants so far to secure a solid niche in Fabricating, Shot Blasting and Painting The Pole center established. Our Company started to produce electric, lighting, high mast transmission and telecommunication antenna poles. The Company continues its prominence for outstanding products, services and special attention to quality. Export markets included Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Papua New Guinea, UEA, etc. These products were used mainly for power plants, chemical plants, bridges, high-rise buildings and ship-building. Steelwork Construction With a fabrication capacity of 1,500 metric tons per month, we can cater to the needs of steel structure production and erection for: Power plant Petrochemical Plant Steel Bridges Handling System Structure Steel Poles High Rise Building Oil & Gas Steel Structure Our quality of work meets the international codes and standards, such as: ASTM JIS DIN BS In welding, we are capable of using: Shield Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Our welders hold the qualification of AWS D1.1 steel code requirements. 2. Manufacturing Division A. Built-up Beam or H-Beam Section We are the leader in built-up beams with an output capacity of 5,000 metric tons per month. We operate with 7 fully automated lines for sections ranging from H200 mm up to 2,800mm of unlimited thickness. Following JIS G3192 standards as our main specification, our production lines are capable of producing beams which meet other international standards and customer s specifications. The consistent testing of our samples to stringent various destructive and non-destructive examinations manifests the superiority of our products to the satisfaction of our customers. Other than Built-up beam or H-Beam section, we can produce square tube section, castellated beam and cross beam. B. Electric pole and Single Transmission Pole Section As an alternative to concrete pole and/or steel pipe pole, we manufacture octagonal shaped, electric and single transmission poles of various designs and dimensions depending on the customer s needs. Our expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes to this product is proven by a loading test which shows that we are qualified in engineering and manufacturing process. 3. Service Division A. Coil Centre Our Coil Centre Service covers Slitting, Recoiling, and Shearing of coils transforming them to flat plates. With an output of 20,000 metric ton per month, our main Clients are PT. Krakatau Steel and other factories using thin sheets. Due to the diversity of dimensions we process in this line, Kindly refer to our brochures for more details. B. Shot Blasting and Painting For shot blasting we use automatic blasting machine, using S360 and G18 steel grits for blasting. As for painting we use airless equipments in accordance to customer s specifications on the number of coating to apply and also the dry film thickness required. Normally we use standard and surface preparation up to SA 21/2 or near white. 7 8

Based on these promising prospects, CHC has also proudly introduced its new brand recently: the CHC Bridge Indonesia, established on the 10th of October, 2012, which date also commemorated the first delivery of double-track railway bridges manufactured by CHC for the North Java Double Track project. We started our steel-bridges manufacturing in 1987 and have continued our market penetration and share in Indonesia ever since. These were followed by the creation of bridges with superior types and designs, such as girder-bridges, truss-bridges, box-girder bridges, moveable bridges, and arch-bridges. In the previous years we also have successfully manufactured and constructed prestigious bridges all over Indonesia, such as the Pawan-V Bridge, the Tanah Grogot Bridge, and the Anggana Bridge in Kalimantan. 12 Transmission Poles 500KV Cawang Bekasi / Muara Tawar The new high voltage electric power transmission (SUTET) located in the area of East Jakarta Canal (BKT) is a new innovation. The tower which consists of two single poles is the first tower used to transmit high voltage electric power in Indonesia which has three meter diameters. Each of these two single poles comprises three segments joined together to form 72.5 tower. This 500 KV high voltage electric power transmission (SUTET) node is located in Jalan Kolonel Soegiono, Bambu Duri, Duren sawit east Jakarta. The steel pole number 30A and 30B bear 500 KV high voltage electric power transmission wire for Bekasi Cawang Nluara tawar Cawang Line. Indonesia Record Museum (MURI) recorded this achievement by PT Cigading Habeam Centre as the first steel fabricator which succeeded in producing the largest and the highest steel tower in the country as a tower for 500 KV high voltage electric power transmission (SUTET) Cawang Bekasi / Muara Tawar. 21
