2 FOREWORD MUCOINDO PRAKASA PT. Mucoindo Prakasa engages in construction services, especially general civil and maintenance and installation of piping and steel structure. We provide services at competitive prices. Our work spans from large-scale-inner-city projects to remote areas, with the ability to mobilize resources across Indonesia. Established in 2009 on Bandung, PT. Mucoindo Prakasa has developed into a highly reputable company that employs both young employees and experienced professionals in the field. Our initial clients were mining companies and government institutions. In late 2013, we started to expand our services to oil and gas industry. Until now, we have been involved in two biggest onshore oil and gas project in Indonesia i.e. Senoro Gas Development Project (JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi) and Banyu Urip Project (Mobil Cepu Limited). The business world in Indonesia is now faced with increasingly fierce competition in both domestic and international markets in the era of globalization, and this has an impact also in business world where competition in the construction industry produces very high quality, including a commitment to HSE. 5 07 MUCOINDO PRAKASA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PROFILE Pipe Installation and Fabrication We are capable of installing threaded, socket weld (SW), butt-weld (BW), flange, mechanical joint, fusion both socket and butt, and hydraulic coupling connection piping. We have highly trained and certified welders and pipe fitters. Codes and requirement always become our standard of implementation. Pipe Support Installation and Fabrication Different kinds of pipe support, pipe bridge, and pipe rack are able to be installed by our highly trained team. We will analyze the specification and the need of pipe support and give the recommendation and design the revised pipe support system. Mucoindo Prakasa has expertise in pipe work both fabrication and installation for all industrial facilities including oil and gas plant. We are able to provides the client with pipe installation, pipe support installation, P&ID implementation, and also pipe testing. For your satisfaction we provide steel erection for industrial facilities and oil and gas plant. We demonstrates our ability to execute a various steel structure projects, including pipe rack structures, retrofits, additions, improvements, and support steels for equipment and overhead crane installations. We have the experience, manpower, skills to ensure a successful project. Those combination are enforced by knowledge to complete each project efficiently, on time and on budget. Steel Erection We always provide a high quality installation as our skilled ironworkers and site supervisors are familiar with procedures. We fabricates and erects structural steel shapes, plates, and any other profile which may be used as structural members of building and structures including the riveting, welding, bolt tightening, rigging, and metal roofing systems. We keep our workers safe and always follow key safety procedures including; quality control system, formal safety plan, and written erection stability policy and plan. We carry out earthworks and road construction project of all kinds including new construction, refurbishment or extension. We have always committed to providing our clients with high level on technical expertise, project management capability, quality assurance, as well as safety procedures. Earthwork We provide a various service including project management, excavation and controlled backfilling. Furthermore, our services cover earthworks, site clearing, subgrade preparation, and supply of aggregate layers for road construction.
