Ltd (TAKANAH) is a leading diversify Electrical and instrumentation (E&I) Contractor providing complete range of services and LSTK Projects constructions for the Mining, Petrochemical, Oil, Gas, power Industrial sectors. TAKANAH is specialized in plant Electrical and instrumentation related to services, Maintenance, calibration, trading, engineering, procurement, installation, constructions, commissioning, tools, systems, training and consultancy. TAKANAH was established early 2006 under the name of Global Union industrial services establishment and late 2015 was changed to National Takanah Co. Ltd with paid Capital of 1,000,000 SAR. It was established to accommodate the diversities of Electrical and instrumentation products and services need in Saudi Arabia and GCC industrial sectors. TAKANAH is fully believes on specialty focus and TAKANAH is focusing on the field of Electrical & instrumentations (E&I) in all aspects including some manufacturing facility. TAKANAH has a partnership with international companies as Saudi and GCC rep. The partnerships are in the area of representing, services, calibration, engineering companies, and manufacturer of different type of Electrical and instrumentation, such as Transformer, DCS, control valves, Positioner, limit switches, transmitters, test equipments and measurements, electrical test equipment, electrical meters and testers, etc. These partnership gives as added value to local industrial in the area of Knowledge transfer and helped providing a competitive pricing for LSTK projects and services TAKANAH, also, provides services, but not limited to transformer filtration, flow meters calibration and proving. Project Services We execute all type of E&I Projects as LSTK and all related Works to make 100 % installation and operation. Our Covered are as follow; Electrical works including transformers and MMC Power management system PMS Automation equipment like DCS, BMS, PLC, Vibrations, and others related. Field Instrumentation, Like, Transmitters, Positioner, etc. E&I Revamping and Upgrade to stat of art technology Gas Detection systems and Metering Skids Control room and workshop renovation Workbenches and related equipment s With the support of our partner companies, we perform the design and testing and commissioning of the above mentioned systems. However, this is subject to the size of project. All these services are supported by our local office and overseas partners to cover short term jobs: I. E&I Control & Monitoring Systems We provide turnkey solutions or LSTK for, SCADA, PLC, ESD and DCS System. Totally Integrated Solutions are provided covering level 1 to level 3 of automation. We propose vendor independent, tailor made solutions optimally meeting the technical & financial targets of the client. The services cover engineering, supply, installation and testing/commission of E&I systems. All the services are performed in house and in close interaction with the client's technical staff. We offer various tiers of E&I designed to fit the needs and requirements of the project, competitively, reliably and efficiently. II. Revamping and Upgrade We provide total solutions for upgrading of the existing systems as LSTK or construction or martial supply. The old systems are mostly replaced by the new

6 State of the art technologies to help improve the performance of the plant by making the plant equipment operate at high efficiency, reduce the shutdown and thus the maintenance costs. The transformation from the old to new can be either to centralized control System or Power management system, Manual and Semi-automatic systems to full Automatic Systems or Integration with Management Information Systems or MES. Further the up gradations performed in the running plants, which puts stringent conditions on the shutdown and production cut down periods. Therefore we provide the methods by which the up gradation is performed in the minimum possible shut down periods. We also provide the assistance to our customers for disposing off their replaced systems. III. Testing & Commissioning Our scope of work is fully supported by the testing and commissioning services. We perform complete loop checks, hot commissioning and the performance tests. The test reports are generated as per prevailing standards. The procedure manuals are prepared with details about all the testing steps according to the relevant standards. We also provide support to the international contractors and EPC companies during testing and commissioning of their provided systems. Support services like the maintenance and the trouble shooting of the Electrical, automation, and communication and power systems is fully covered by us. Our engineers attend to the service calls on short notice. 2. Electrical & Instrumentation Construction Services We provide the equipment and services.
