3 After Sales & Service Petrolvalves After Sales and Service Department Over its 50 year history, PetrolValves has evolved its production capabilities extensively into numerous specialty categories within the Oil and Gas sector. As our custom engineered Valves and Actuators incorporate the most exotic materials and advanced design features, it was critical for PetrolValves to concurrently develop its After Sales and Service capability to respond to operators immediate Service and Spare Parts demands. With the uniqueness of our products, it is imperative that PetrolValves is present and involved for successful intervention. The criticality of responsiveness becomes especially imperative to ensure operations are not compromised or shut down. Therefore, the PetrolValves After Sales and Service Department mission focus is: 1. Provide immediate Service responsiveness for Valve/Actuator intervention 2. Assist client with facilitating a Spare Parts program that will minimize potential for operational interruptions 3. To provide client training: a. Onsite b. For Start Up and Commissioning c. Spare Parts Onsite Storage Procedures In order to facilitate our mission, PetrolValves has methodically developed a worldwide network of both PetrolValves owned and operated facilities, as well as a network of PetrolValves Alliance Facilities. PV Alliance Facilities are subject to the PetrolValves audit process, and are required to have their employees trained by PetrolValves in accordance to PV procedures, including QA/QC and HSE procedures. With this combination, PetrolValves is able to perform standard and emergency interventions wherever our Valves are deployed, regardless of existing conditions. In order to maintain streamline efficiency, PetrolValves has organized the After Sales and Service Department as a completely separate autonomous division within PetrolValves, which is ISO certified, and includes its own dedicated departments: Job Coordination, Administration, and Commercial. Our After Sales and Service activities are not an afterthought, but an equal priority effort in concert with the Valve and Actuator production. We can produce the most sophisticated Valves in the world, but if we cannot respond effectively and within the timeframe the client requires, we can compromise our reputation.

5 After Sales & Service Spare Parts Quotation of Spare Parts Procedure PV After Sales & Spare Parts Team, in conjunction with our Technical Department, directly oversee spare parts proposals and is able to fulfil all clients requests, ensuring complete interchangeability between the parts to be replaced and the new ones. When a client requires a Spare Parts quotation, the PV After Sales & Spare Parts Team proceeds with collecting all information relating to the valves (PV JOB/ Item/ Valve Serial Number and TAG Number) and issues the relevant S.P.I.R. (Spare Parts List and Interchangeability Record) including all necessary information to identify the components, inclusive of dedicated part numbers and cost, enabling the placement of the relevant parts order. Upon delivery of a valve order, if requested, the client can be provided with a general S.P.I.R. including all the recommended spares related the scope of supply both for the start up and for the following 2 years of operations. This additional service makes the client aware of the suggested spares to be stored for any eventual activity which could be carried out on PV Valves in the future. Spare Parts Job Coordination Purchase orders for Spare parts are managed directly by After Sales & Spare Parts Department through Job Coordinators, which are based in PV Headquarters in Castellanza to facilitate more effective coordination between workshop and warehouse through job completion. After the PO is received, a Spare Parts job number is assigned and the file is passed to a job coordinator in order to purvey all the necessary materials and to supervise all supply phases until the goods are ready for shipment. Our job coordination team is always at our client s disposal, in order to provide information relating to job status, to supply shipping documents certificates and for expediting activities with client representatives or nominated third parties. 7 PetrolValves Field Service and Valve refurbishment PetrolValves After Sales Team, supported by both the Head of Engineering and the QA Management, accommodate all technical requests received by the client while providing the best solutions in the most timely and reliable manner throughout the world. A team of highly skilled Service Engineers, along with a network of PV Workshops located in strategic markets around the world, assure a strong presence for the End Users, with the capability of rendering any kind of assistance. Coordination between PV Headquarters in Italy and Branch Offices in Europe, Far East, Middle East, USA and Australia allows PV to react immediately, while keeping cost down. On Site Assistance PetrolValves has over 50 years Service experience with a wide range of valve product and is always at client s disposal with our capability to mobilise PV Service Personnel on a 24 hours basis for both Onshore & Offshore sites. Our Service Personnel are subject to a structured multidiscipline training program in order to be qualified as a PetrolValves Specialist, with the following capabilities: Pre-turnaround walkthrough plant survey Turnaround-repair valves with supervision and inspection Maintenance history records system for individual valves Sales of spare parts and tooling as well as lapping equipments Design and sales of special tooling This full knowledge of Valves world makes our Personnel fully reliable in supporting activities such as: Valve installation Pre-commissioning and commissioning phases Troubleshooting Witness Start-up/commissioning On site examination/investigation Valve repair and re-conditioning Our Valve Service Specialists are also available to perform on-site valve evaluations to prevent potential valve problems occurring. PV After Sales Team will work together with the client in order to locate the closest PV facility, which is always ready to receive any kind of valve to be refurbished. Our workshop is fully equipped also to carry out any machining, assembling, testing, X-ray bunker, blasting, painting, packing activities and coordinates the shipment of PV Valves all over the world, including Subsea Valves, Subsea Actuator and Offshore valves for platform topside.

(Norway) Luramyrveien 57, N-4313 Sandnes, NORWAy Tel: Fax: In 1990 PetrolValves constructed a 50,000 square foot facility in Sandnes to better serve the ever-evolving North Sea market. The factory has powerful machines able to service all kind of valves up to 42 and is equipped with pressure testing facilities capable of pressure testing up to 15,000 PSI. PetrolValves Norway has an in-house QA/QC system for NyD testing of the products. In 1995 PetrolValves Norway was approved by Lloyds for ISO 9001 for refurbishment, sales and purchasing activities. PV Norway maintains a wide range of spare parts and finished products available from stock to facilitate intervention onshore or offshore in a short time requirement.

Petrolvalves is represented in the area by a combination of various strategic alliances with both local agencies, to provide full commercial/technical support and local repair capability, all coordinated by our after sales department, in order to fulfil all our customer s needs in terms of maintenance, refurbishment and spare parts. A team of technicians, fully trained and accredited at our Italian factory, is based in the new plant with facilities for machining, refurbishment, assembly and testing of valves up to 48 size.

POVAL S.p.A., in order to give PV clients complete local support. Currently, all the activities needed on valves of every size and class are carried out within the PV workshop located in Berrouaghia, which is equipped with a wide range of machineries necessary for refurbishment, maintenance and control along with a number of test benches. A second structure has been recently constructed in Hassi Messaoud, with the task of giving an initial local client assistance. However, if a more extensive intervention is required, the valves can be transferred to Berrouaghia.

Since PetrolValves has a large Australian installed base of Valves and Actuators, it was imperative to have a comprehensive and extensive in-country service, reconditioning and testing support capability; a network of 4 facilities (Perth, Karratha, Darwin and Brisbane) is at client s disposal with a skilled workforce of a total of 250 people. All capabilities in Australia can test or repair any valve and actuator, regardless of size, class, type under PetrolValves service /repair procedures and with PetrolValves Guarantee/ Warranty. All workshops are set up using the same model to ensure consistency when personnel is mobilized from one site to another. Both main facility and PetrolValves branch office are based in Perth. PV authorized workshops are also in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Aksai (Kazakhstan), Baku (Azerbaijan), and Tanggu (China).

16 After Sales & Service Business development The recently created After Sales Business Development Team, coordinated by PV Headquarters in Italy, is PV s window to the world. It is composed of representatives from Europe, the Far East, and USA branch offices, in order to be most responsive to regional as well as global needs. The team works closely with our clients towards having a mutual exchange of information regarding PV Valves performance, working both Offshore and Onshore, in refineries, gas plants, LNG facilities, compressor and pump stations around the world. We are happy to troubleshoot any area of operational difficulty, supervise the storage of spare parts, and offer advice on any parts or valve requirements that may be required in light of an upcoming shutdown or plant expansion. In addition, we will be happy to discuss the possibility of upgrading specific design features and materials of construction, depending on the experiences encountered in the specific applications, and renewing the relevant warranty terms.
