NO.: N/A Notice is hereby given to all prospective bidders that plans and specifications on the subject project are modified as hereinafter set forth. This Addendum shall be attached to and form a part of the plans and specifications. All bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the Bid Form. In case of difference with previous addenda or communications, this addendum takes precedence. It is the responsibility of all bidders to notify all subcontractors from whom they request bids and from whom they accept bids of all changes contained in this addendum. PROJECT MANUAL 1. Item No. PM-1 Section Bid Form Refer to attached Bid Form, revised , which features updated and revised header to refer correctly to Thurgood Marshall High School. 2. Item No. PM-2 Section Stage Drapes In Section , Part 2.01, Paragraph A: revise product specification as follows: Rose Brand, Crescent Velour, 20 oz. fabric weight, inherently flameretardant polyester. Color: Burgundy or to closely match existing stage front curtains. The fabric shall comply with the following standards or tests: NFPA , TM#1 California Title 19, test# ASTM E-84 earning a Class I or A rating CSFM Approval No. F Page 1 of 2

Item No. PM-3 Section Lighting Control Equipment Dimming Refer to specifications Section , Part 2.3.A, replace console type with ETC Color Source 40, as the SmartFade 2496 is end of life by the manufacturer. All other requirements for installation, programming, etc. remain unchanged. Refer to Sheet T503 Pictorial shall be updated to ETC Color Source 40 Refer to Sheet T507 Pictorial shall be updated to ETC Color Source 40 DRAWINGS 1. Item No. AD1-1 Sheet Drawing TV505-Lighting Scope of Work Add the following scope of work to Green Room and Dressing Areas, Sheet Note 9: There are approximately existing Strand Leko or Ellipsoidal fixtures in the Green Room (3 rd floor). The scope of work for these lights is as follows: a. Test fixtures b. Clean, dust clean, and repair as necessary c. Re-lamp with new 500, 750 watt bulbs where applicable d. Test and check for proper operation after re-lamping During pre-bid meeting/job walk, it was observed and discussed that the existing pendant light fixtures in the Green Room were not functional. Contractor shall include in their bid necessary work to make lights in room functional: re-lamp fixtures and test, trouble shoot as required to make lights operational.
