This Addendum shall be attached to and form a part of the plans and specifications. All bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the Bid Form. In case of difference with previous addenda or communications, this addendum takes precedence. Revise plan to show location of ball wall striping. c. Keynote #11 Remove and replace existing basketball backboard with new, manufactured by Progressive Sports Construction Group, model number , official 54 x351/2 Fan Aluminum Basketball Backboard with Competition Striping. See attached cut sheet. Total of 2 existing basketball hoops. d. Keynote #12 Remove existing wood seats and replace with (2) 4x12 redwood; attach to existing brackets. Keynote #1 Carefully saw cut and remove existing asphalt pavement and aggregate base down to subgrade and prepare area to receive new finishes. See Additive Alternate #1. Protect existing tree, roots, and irrigation in place. Offhaul asphalt and aggregate base and scatter soil on site as directed by district. b. Keynote #2 Existing retaining wall to be painted under Allowance scope of work. See description of work in specification section c. For use with Progressive Sports Construction Group indoor or outdoor backstops. Bank shall be cast in a permanent mold process from high tensile #319 aluminum. Backboard shall be cast with structural reinforcing ribs on backside with a heavy, 1 3 /8" deep perimeter flange to provide maximum strength. Back side of bank shall be furnished with twelve (12) tapped holes ( 3 /8"16) to fit standard mounting attachment without exposed bolt heads on face of backboard. Backboard shall be finished with a special white, nonglare enamel, with orange perimeter and target area competition striping.
