The first affiliate company of the group was founded in 2010 by experienced engineer Ferdy TURASENGA, to provide services to the Public and Private Sectors in the fields of Engineering Services, Infrastructure Development and Business & Managerial Services. Over the past years, EPC Group s affiliated companies have established an excellent reputation for quality and performance on every project undertaken. During this period, EPC Group s affiliate companies have been awarded major contracts with clients such as the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Infrastructure, The Rwanda Energy Group, and many others. 5 About EPC GROUP LTD AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES 1. ENERGICOTEL Ltd ENERGICOTEL Ltd had been registered in October 2014 and since September 2015, is doing the operation and maintenance of 3 MHPPs. EPC Africa through one of its company (ENERGICOTEL LTD), in collaboration with the Rwandan Government represented by the Ministry of Infrastructure, ENERGICOTEL Ltd has signed a concession agreement for rehabilitation; financing, manage and operate, five small hydropower plants with a total capacity of 3.4 MW. ENERGICOTEL LTD, with its own Engineers and Technical Personnel are rehabilitating and operating these 5 Micro Hydropower Plants. ENERGICOTEL Ltd is developing Keya upstream project (1.5 MW) ENERGICOTEL is negotiating with the GoR for development, rehabilitating and operating Nshili 1, Nshili 2, Nyabahanga and Nyamyotsi 3 MHPPs totaling 1.7 MW. ENERGICOTEL Ltd is also working on the feasibility studies of much bigger Generation Power Plant that will be implemented once the PPA and concession agreement is signed between our company and both Government of Rwanda.

Africa Logistics, Trading and Technologies Limited (AFRILOTT LTD) AFRILOTT had been Business in since 2010, and have been working in supply and engineering consultancy. AFRILOTT Ltd is the engine for consultancy, procurement and trading business of EPC Africa Group. Our experience in procurement for different government and private institutions is second to none. We employ a strong team that understands the ins and outs of procurement process and is committed to delivering the best. We emphasize process, communication, accountability, and most importantly strategy. Afrilott Ltd provides solutions pertaining to supply of equipment and related services, consultancy services related to large scale projects including energy projects, infrastructure projects etc. The company employ qualified workers with extensive experience in engineering, construction, maintenance, & management services INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES REPRESENTED: AECOM from CANADA ELTEL NETWORKS from SWEDEN Company Experience Afrilott Ltd had supplied skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled workers to Kalpataru Power Transmission for during the construction and commissioning of the 220KV transmission line between Rwanda and DRC. Afrilott Ltd in collaboration with AECOM which is an American multinational engineering firm that provides design, consulting, construction, and management services to a wide range of clients are supervising the project of development of 80 MW HPP shared between Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania, and which is financed by World Bank (WB) and the African Development Bank (AfDB). Afrilott Ltd had supplied different equipment and tools to the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health, Rwanda National Police and KALPATARU POWER Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority. Century Engineering Contractors Limited (CEC Ltd) CEC (CENTURY ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS Ltd) had been registered in June 2014, and have been doing the phase 1 of the rehabilitation and upgrading works of 5 MHPPs Totaling 3.38 MW, construction of HV Transmission Lines, Commercial Building and Real Estates. Century Engineering Contractors Limited is the engine for all engineering activities and services of EPC Africa. It deals with all electrical & mechanical engineering projects, high and low voltage power line construction and related consultancy services, electricity substations construction and related consultancy services, civil engineering infrastructures construction and related consultancy services, construction of large industrial projects. Our experience in implementation of different government and private operator s projects is second to none. We employ qualifies workers that understands the principles of project management and our workers are committed to deliver high quality projects. Company Experience CEC Ltd has made a history of being a first Rwandan company that successfully built Shango-Birembo Transmission Line which is a portion of 220KV Transmission Line interconnecting Rwanda and DRC. CEC Ltd is the main sub-contractor of ELTEL NETWORKS from Sweeden for the Kigali Ring Project which is the project construction of new 110 KV transmission line from the existing Jabana Substation to a new 110KV/30 KV substation to be constructed at Gahanga which shall strengthen Kigali electricity network and provide reliable power supply in Kigali City and surrounding areas. CEC is the main Subcontractor of Kalpataru Power Transmission under supervision of AECOM representing both EDCL and SNEL. CEC Ltd is the main contractor for the project of construction of 6 blocks luxury apartment of 4 Levels in Kagarama, Kicukiro-Kigali. CEC Ltd has built several buildings in Kigali including hotels, estates houses and office buildings in Kigali City.
