3 1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project Detail: The Project consists of 1. Two (2) Basement levels; 2. Ground level; 3. Three (3) podium levels; 4. Terrace level (Swimming Pool level); 5. Thirty one (31) Residential levels; 6. Three (3) Mechanical levels. The Building name is Reef Residence. It is located on Plot No. JVC13JHRA002, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, UAE. The Main Contractor is M/s. Gulf Technical Construction Co LLC. The scope of work comprises of construction, completion, and maintenance of Reef Residence - 2B+G+38 Floors + Roof Residential Tower. The extent of the works is for the Main Contract works comprising, reinforced concrete frame, Block Work Walls and Partitions, Flat Roofing and Water Proofing, Joinery and Aluminum works, windows and doors, good quality floor, wall and ceiling finishes and all associated plumbing, electrical and Air- Conditioning installations and other associated works. The unique characteristics of the project which makes it is one among the prestigious projects is its location with 360 degree picturesque views and sophisticated finishes. All kitchens have granite for base units top including backsplash on the wall and dining table top. All the bathrooms have marble washbasin counter tops. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The lift lobby and corridors are spacious with beautiful wall tiles and heritage false ceiling design. The tower is well connected with four passenger and one service lift for easy and quick access to all floors. For leisure, health and recreation of tenants the podium roof on 4th floor consists of swimming pool, large landscaped area and well equipped gym. The ground floor consists of Granite floor and wall finishes. The tower consists of beautiful external elevation with aluminium glass façade which is lit by elegant façade lighting. The podium external façade consists of stylish teak wood cladding which is pleasingly ingenious simple. Attached are the Photos for your kind information. The Project is nearing 100% completion and based on a site inspection conducted by RERA on 29 August 2017, RERA has evaluated that the Project is 97.67% completed.
