Eureka Forbes. b. Blue Star. c. Kent d. Voltas Details of NIT in brief are as follows: 1 Name of the job Supply and installation of Aqua guard cooler cum purifier at Rajarhat IT Park 2 Availability of tender documents Tender documents will be available at the official website of WBEIDCL, Bidders are to download the same and hard copies to be submitted duly filled in and signedsealed in an sealed envelope For any query please dial Tender Fees & EMD Rs. 500 & Rs respectively 4. 4 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Annexure-B 1. Please submit the Tender Document duly filled in as per schedule in 2 (two) separate sealed envelopes (as cover-i & cover-ii) both superscribing name of the work. Tenders will be opened in front of intending bidders. Contents of the submissions will be as follows: Cover-I : Statutory documents like PAN, VAT Regn., Service Tax Regn., PF, ESI. In case of non-availability of any of the documents, proper justification is to be given. Tender cost of Rs. 500/- & EMD of Rs. 3000/-. Both to be paid in the form of DD/pay order in favour of WBEIDCL Credential (work order, completion certificate etc.) of supply, installation, commissioning of similar material (at least 80% of mentioned quantity for single job or 45 % of mention quantity for two jobs within last 5 years) strictly as per mentioned makes. Cover II: The full Tender Document with priced BOQ. All pages of the tender to be signed with official seal. Only un-conditional discount, if any, will be allowed in cover-ii. The cover II of only those bidders, who qualify as per cover-i outcomes, will be opened. 2. The rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, cess, transportation etc. 3. Time of completion of work: 21 Days from the date of placement of order. Work to be commenced within 7 days of placement of order. 4. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion of work against submission of bill along with Challan etc. Security 10 % on the bill value (adjusting EMD) will be deducted. Total held up security deposit will thus be 10 % of executed value including EMD. The full security deposit will be refunded after successful completion of 12 months defect liability period from the date of completion. 5. The quoted rates should be firm throughout the period till you handover the total job. No price escalation will be allowed. The price bid should remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening cover-ii. 6. Any statutory payment, if applicable, will be deducted at source or will be paid at par. 7. Power, if supplied by the owner for execution of work, necessary cost will be deducted as per actual usage based on prevailing unit rate. Any damage-defacement of existing works, if caused during execution, are to be rectified at the own cost of selected agency. 8. EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned aganist written application from them after placement of work order to the selected agency. 9. In case of non-commencement of work as per stipulated period, the work order may be cancelled with forfeiture of EMD.
