Bank of Baroda invites tender from the eligible vendors to carry out Electrical Audit of the Branches/ Offices in Greater Mumbai Zone as per the proforma given in the tender format. The General Manager, Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office, Greater Mumbai Zone, 3, Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Pier, Mumbai , invites sealed tender for carrying out Electrical Audit of all the Branches and Offices in the Zone numbering approximately as per Audit Proforma given in the tender format. The interested vendor fulfilling the following conditions may apply in two bid system. 1. The firm must have its office in Mumbai / Thane / Raigad and should be in existence for the last five years. 2. The authorised person of the firm carrying out the electrical audit must have a degree / diploma in electrical engineering. 3. The firm must have the necessary license / approval from the appropriate authority. 4. Must have a valid sales tax number. 5. Must have PAN number. 6. Must be an Income Tax Assessee for the last three years. 7. Must have a turnover of `.5/-lacs per year for the last -3- years for a work of similar nature. SCOPE OF WORK: The work involve visiting of branches / offices in the geographical area of the Greater Mumbai Zone including Thane and Raigad District and carry out electrical audit as per the audit proforma given in the tender website. A copy of the report duly signed by the electrical engineer on behalf of the firm is to be submitted to respective branch, regional office and zoanl office. They may also be entrusted with a job to carry out the rectification as suggested by them after obtaining approval of the same from our higher authorities. Time Limit: Electrical Audit of all branches / offices must be completed within -12- months from the date of awarding the contract. The vendors fulfilling the above conditions may apply in two bid system i.e. Technical Bid & Financial Bid.

3 3 The interested vendor may download the tender forms from our Bank of Baroda website / and submit bankers cheque/ DD for `.20,000/- in favour of Bank of Baroda, Greater Mumbai Zone as earnest money. Vendor to submit the tenders in the desired format, in two envelopes as explained further, so as to reach this office by 2.00 p.m. on Submission of tenders in any other format will be rejected. NOTE: The earnest money deposit of all the unsuccessful bidders will be returned within a period of -30- days after opening the tender. The Bank reserves the right to cancel one or all the tenders without giving any reasons. The envelopes for the technical bid shall be superscribed TECHNICAL BID FOR ELECTRICAL AUDIT OF BRANCHES / OFFICES and shall contain the followings. 1. Earnest money DD / Bankers Cheque for `.20,000/- fvg. Bank of Baroda, Greater Mumbai Zone. 2. Information as per the proforma MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT alongwith attested copies of the documents from the appropriate authorities. 3. Information as per proforma GENERAL TECHNICAL INFORMATION. 6 6 FINANCIAL BID GENERAL CONDITIONS: 1. The rates quoted for carrying out electrical are inclusive of all the charges i.e. Transportation, Engineers fee, TA/DA and any other expenditure what so ever. 2. No conditional discount offered in the financial bid shall be considered. 3. The successful bidder has to deposit a sum of `.20,000/- as security deposit, which in the event of not completing the above said audit in the given time frame shall be forefeited. 4. The rates quoted shall be binding for -24- months from the date of awarding contract. 5. The payment shall be made by the respective branch / office within -10- days of the satisfactory completion of electrical audit (duly signed by the engineer and the respective branch manager) the same are to be submitted to Zonal Office, Regional Office and the branch for audit purpose. 6.
