9 Assembly instructions Correct connection and alignment of the inoflex dry delivery unit with a commercially available mixing pump and with the one-way container 1 Remove protective cap and attach camlock coupling. 2 Connect flexible hose to the inoflex dry delivery unit and the one-way container. 3 Align and position one-way container and mixing pump square with one another. In the event of non-square positioning, there is a risk that the delivery shaft may fracture. 4 Insert dry delivery shaft through the hose into the one-way container. 5 Connect and flange spur gear motor with the dry delivery shaft. 6 Connect 7 electricity (230 V). 17 Clear shaft, pull ripcord and off you go! Various material suppliers have been offering one-way containers (OWC) for many years. However, the compression of the material during transport was the killer criterion which plagued end customers on the construction site, because the compacted material could not be simply purged out of the OWC. INOTEC has tackled this problem and equipped the one-way container with a double floor. The material is generally supplied directly from the material supplier in the one-way container on a Europallet and delivered to the construction site. When the corresponding machine technology has been connected to the OWC, you simply pull on the release cord and open the double floor inside the one-way-container. This works in principle like a zip fastener. The material then drops down by around 20 cm, loosening it up and allowing it to be conveyed out of the one-way container without any problem.
