The firm should submit application on or before 02/12/2014 and obtain quotation schedule on 03/12//2014 up to 1600 hrs (Free of cost). Further quotation should be dropped in tender box of this HQ in sealed cover up to 1600 hrs on 04/12/2014 and quotation for the work should be written on the top of envelope to address DIG BSF Behrampur,which will be opened on same day at 1600 hrs in presence of the firm/contractor if available. Photo copy of valid r egistration, PAN card/ Sale tax and return of sale tax/ Income tax should also be submitted alongwith quotation papers. Original documents will be produced by the contractor in personal at the time of obtaining quotation schedule if required by the issuing officer. 3. The firms/contractor should quote his rate in figure as well as in words. 4. Any over writing/ Cutting of rates quoted by the contractor/firms will be liable for rejection of the quotation so submitted until and unless same are properly initiated and written by contractor /form. 5. Any canvassing in this regard what so ever is strictly prohibited. The quotation of the contractor/firm who resort canvassing will be liable for rejection. 6. The quotation notice is also available on the website 7. CA reserve the right to accept/reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reasons. 8. In case there happens to be holiday on 04/12/2014, quotation will be opened on next working day.. Earnest money in the form of CDR/DD/FDR of scheduled bank guaranteed by Reserve Bank of India drawn in favour of DIG BSF BHP must be enclosed with tenders. The tender and the earnest money shall be placed in separate sealed envelopes, each marked "Tender" and "Earnest Money" respectively. Only those tenders shall be opened, whose earnest money, placed in the other envelope, is found to be in order. The tenders of the contractor who does not deposit earnest money in the above manner will be summarily rejected.. 4. Tender notice will also be available on BSF web 5. Tenders of the tenderers who not abide by any of the above instructions will be summarily rejected. 6. In case there happens to be holiday on 04/12/2014 tender will be opened on next working day. 7.
