4 Monitoring: Designed and Conduct Monitoring for Consistency and Uniformity with QA/QC Site selections: 5 types: traffic, residential/mixed, commercial site, industrial, and background (upwind) One site for each type Monitoring period/times: cover dry and wet seasons Sampling equipment for PM0 & PM2.5: dichot, available equipment to be calibrated against dichot Analytical methods: existing equipment and standard QA/QC AIRPET overall achievements. Assessment of AQ status Secondary country database collected and updated Monitoring: levels & composition of PM, POPs, VOC QA/QC: Standard Reference Materials (GBW 0840) for PM composition analysis Colocated samplers (with dichot) for PM mass conc. and composition crosschecking QC samples: blanks, spiked, control samples 4
