2 Walltherm wood gasificatio stove The fuctio: There are two combustio chambers i the stove. The fire is lit i the upper chamber. Oce up to temperature the hot gases pass through the combustio jets where they are combied with secodary air. I the lower combustio chamber that gas igites ad creates a secod flame which burs extremely clealy ad efficietly. The hot exhaust gases the ru up trough the heat exchager. 3 Features Walltherm wood gasificatio stove The Walltherm is the first stove which combies the characteristics of a traditioal stove with the techical attributes ad efficiecy of a reverse combustio log gasificatio boiler. Due to the gasificatio, the Walltherm achieves very low emissios (oly 24mg) ad a uparalleled efficecy of 93%. The Walltherm heats up the thermal store ad gives radiat heat ito the livig room. Its uique double widows give you the extraordiary sight of two differet fires, the cosy wood fire above ad the spectacular gasificatio flames pourig through below. It works like this: The stove has a upper ad lower combustio chamber. The fire is lit i the top chamber ad produces gas while burig. This hot gas is pulled dow through the combustio jets, where it is mixed with secodary air. I the bottom chamber that gas creates the clea burig ad highly efficiet secod flame. The hot flue gases are the routed up trough the heat exchager, which is desiged to absorb the highest amout of heat possible. The burig rate is thermostatically cotrolled ad will use less fuel ad give a cleaer bur tha ay other domestic stove made today. Combustio air ca be brought directly from outside, so elimiatig ay draughts. The power output of the stove is 14,9kW. 30% of that warmth is passed ito the roomwhere the stove is placed while the other 70% of heat is set to the thermal store, to be used wheever it is eeded.. A impressive fact is that the flame i the lower combustio chamber geerates up to 1000 C, but the exhaust gases have oly aroud C. This shows just how efficietly the stove uses the heat. The frot face of the stove is exteded forward so that the widows are flush with the surroudig wall. O the frot side the pael ca be i paited or stailess steel. A soapstoe slab ca be fitted o the top. There is also a optio for radiat reductio glass, which further reduces the heat output to the room. I well isulated buildigs, or i small rooms, the Walltherm could give more radiat heat tha is eeded. Isulatio systems for the stove are available for these situatios. These sigificatly reduce the heat to the room. Complete isulatio: Quick for Walltherm Zebrú This set isulates the Walltherm completely with 2mm of isulatio material. The absorbig pael is the heart of the solar collector because it collects the su`s eergy ad trasfers it through the copper tubes ito the solar fluid. Our solar pael has a special system to coect the high performace absorbig surface to the copper tubes. We use WARO- flat tubes rather tha roud tubes which massively icreases the coectio area betwee tube ad absorber. 7 Logix24 The Logix24 combi tak LOGIX24 Logix24 PUFFER: (additioal tak) The Logix24 is a combi tak which cotais the heatig water. It produces domestic hot water through a stailess steel coil. As a result of the umerous coectors it is possible to use multiple heatig sources. X X X The domestic hot water is heated istataeously i the stailess steel coil (316L). The coil has a big exchagig surface which esures a fast heatig of the domestic hot water eve if the cotet of the coil is relatively small. It is early impossible to have a legioella problem with this system eve with limited domestic hot water use. 100mm isulatio Heatig water Heat produced by the solar paels is set ito the ier solar heat exchager. This works with atural stratificatio, which meas the hottest water is always loaded ito the top part of the tak.
