12 The noise is occurred, when high-pressure fluid flow release into the atmosphere through pressure safety & relief valve and other secondary-side, because of the fluid flow changes sonic or super sonic, and it causes vortex, friction with around a stagnant air. Around vent line, the High Frequency Noise is formed mostly, and the Low Frequency Noise occurs far; The components of Noise is the mixture of High & Low Frequency Noise. In order to reduce the noise, Frequency Analysis is required and is important to find out Peak Frequency. By NVSYS, The maximum reduction of Noise is calculated in the light of vent line s flow rate, operating pressure, temperature, size and velocity. Silencer are classified depending on equipment, installation location & methods, uses as follows.
