2 PERATURAN PEPERIKSAAN KOLEJ MULTIMEDIA PENYELEWENGAN AKADEMIK 1. Pelajar tidak boleh melakukan mana-mana penyelewengan di bidang akademik seperti berikut atau sebarang arahan peperiksaan yang dikeluarkan oleh Ketua Pengawas Peperiksaan. HUKUMAN 1.1 Pelajar yang meniru hasil kerja orang lain atau tidak mengiktiraf kerja orang lain (plagiat) untuk tujuan tugasan atau ujian akan dikenakan tindakan tatatertib. 1.2 Pelajar juga tidak dibenarkan bersubahat dalam peniruan atau penipuan yang dinyatakan dalam para Pelajar perlu juga mematuhi peraturan lain mengenai penilaian yang dinyatakan secara lisan atau bertulis. 1. McClelland s theory of needs focuses on 3 needs which are needs for achievement, needs of power and needs for affiliation. Teori Keperluan McClelland memfokus tentang 3 keperluan, iaitu keperluan pencapaian, keperluan untuk berkuasa dan keperluan untuk berada dalam suatu kelompok. 3. Problem- solving teams use computer technology to tie together physically dispersed members in order to achieve common goal. Group can be classifying into two group which is formal group and international group. 12 5. There are eight (8) elements of communication process include the sender, encode, the message, the channel, decode, the receiver, noise and feedback. Terdapat lapan (8) elemen dalam proses komunikasi termasuk penghantar, encode, mesej, medium perantaraan, decode, penerima, kebisingan dan tindak balas. 6. , instant messaging, intranet, extranet and videoconferencing are computer-aided communication. , mesej segera, intranet dan extranet dan video konferen adalah komunikasi bantuan komputer. 7. Downward communication flows from one level of a group or organization to a lower level. Komunikasi ke bawah adalah satu aliran daripada satu tahap suatu kumpulan atau organisasi kepada peringkat yang lebih bawah. 8. An organizational structure defines how job tasks are formally divided, grouped and coordinated. In organizational structure there are five (5) elements that managers need to address while design their organization structure. Struktur organisasi menerangkan bagaimana kerja secara amnya dibahagi, dikumpulkan dan dilaraskan. Dalam struktur organisasi terdapat lima (5) elemen yang perlu diketengahkan oleh pengurus apabila membentuk struktur organisasi. 9. Team building is a consultant assisting a client to understand process events with which he or she must deal and to identify process that needs improvement.
