Profitable growth is not there for ALL companies. The Companies need to work hard to grow and to make profit. In this scenario, the employees need to improve their Leadership skills on a continuous basis. Without improvement in skills, the whole organization becomes slow to Customer needs. The Employees in the companies need to work together as strong teams. The Employees need continuous help to make this happen. 3

18 Requirement for Senior Team s Involvement One of the most difficult challenges in life is to modify the behavior of an individual. We Strongly believe that Every Human being is basically good and capable of self-development. At the same time, not everybody is equally focused towards their growth. Through our quarterly feedback will give our perception about each one trainee s improvement. MD, Head-HR and Reporting Managers have to play vital role in facilitating individuals growth 17
19 Managerial and Supervisory Leadership Training Differentiation The Leadership skills for Managerial positions and Supervisory positions will be prioritised. The training methodology is similar for both positions. Minor modifications / Focus for each Company can be created. 18
20 More than a Leadership Development program.. Through our relentless follow up on the work in the companies and through our participation in changing the basic culture of the organization, IMA s Smart Leader program is much more than a Leadership Program. It is a Leadership Culture development program!! 19
